They forget a lot of things the medicine I keep getting prescribed is not doing me any good and now I can't even get in touch with them to renew my prescription that I get every month for my pain medication. Nobody is answering the phone for me to even get an appointment scheduled and when I leave a message which you can only leave one a day, no one is calling me back. I hate to say it but I have changed my mind about them greatly. I'm looking for a new doctor in Prattville if anybody has any any good recommendations, I would love it and it would be so helpful.

Doctor may be good, but he's a lousy human and a lousy businessman. His reviews may say he's a good…read moredoctor, but he strings you along if you are new patient. Just moved here called over a month ago, they said we had to fill out these 15 pages, we did we brought it to his office, said we would have an answer in a week. Call back in a week he's on vacation, call back in two weeks and told no one knew what was going on, call back in over three weeks and told "oh no he's not going to see you". And then when I ask why they're like, he doesn't tell us he just doesn't care to see you or your wife. I'm insulted that he wouldn't reply to us and explain. In hind sight, any doctor that refuses to respond back or make time to explain is a pretty crappy human being and KNOW I don't want them as a doctor.
