I went to my doctor and she confirmed that it was a neck spasm and referred me to Dr. Kevin Wong. He saw how much pain I was in and worked on my neck slowly to bring down the inflammation. I remember him using a tool that looked like a door stopper lol that tool helped decrease the inflammation slowly. It was a couple visits before he was able to adjust me. I was also given an ice pack that I was told to use to help the inflammation go down. I can't remember how many sessions it took but I was feeling a lot better and very appreciative on how gentle and sweet he was to me. 20 years later... I'm back haha but this time it was for my left hip. It was to the point that I could barely walk without being in pain. I remembered Dr. Kevin Wong and how nice and gentle he was. Took me forever to make an appointment... adulting isn't easy. I made the appointment and when I arrived at Dr. Kevin Wong's office I already left a sense of relief. I told Dr. Kevin Wong about my hip and he could see how much pain I was in. He could also see how tense my neck and shoulders were and couldn't believe how bad it was.
