His sub was a self admitted meth addict who would constantly have different excuses as to why he wasn't there or why he couldn't work. Citing reasons like withdrawals and mental health issues. Definitely not things the customer should be involved with. Would give 0 stars but will not allow.

We had the unfortunate experience of retaining NorthIndy for a railing project. Initially, I stopped by their store early afternoon to look at some of the product. No one was in, and I waited around the open store for probably 10-15 minutes when someone drove up. He said he was the owner. Very nice initial meeting then the wheels fell off. A lack of communication, many missed installment appts for a 2-man crew who showed up knowing this was second floor and didn't have a ladder. Fortunately, I the homeowner did have one that worked. The installers said they couldn't install part of the railing, so the GC had to install them. We were told there was a mix-up on the order and the wrong railing was ordered. I imagine communication with the GC and NorthIndy was part of the problem. The GC stepped up and installed part of the railing as the NorthIndy crew said they couldn't. Finally, I gave up and just wanted them done and gone. Both the GC and I had to call many, many times to get a call back and answer. I took off work waiting for them on at least 3 occasions only to have to call them and ask where are you? There are plenty of other sources for Westbury products and I'd look for anyone but NorthIndy. I expect a less than responsive reply, without taking any responsibility for their seriously lacking customer service.

We had a 4 season room installed with a swim spa/treadmill pool, they did a great job on that,…read moreexcept the windows they used were not tempered glass & they don't open half the time. Then we had windows & siding installed in our house, that was a total mess. They used a non licensed contractor (owner's brother-in-law & his brother) windows are more drafty than the ones they replaced. Installed in September of 2005? started complaining that December of drafts, they came out every winter after that assuring us the windows were installed correctly. Finally we had Unique come out to inspect, they found major problems. ABP's insurance settle for damages but not for installation problems, ABP finally settled for a minor amount of what we paid in 2015 saying we had use of the windows all that time, even though we complained every year. The siding was installed from the top down instead of the bottom up, there is no starter plate on the bottom, owner said "if you look at your neighbor's siding you will see the same thing" WRONG!!! The main problem I have with this company other than the above is that the owner's are friends of my parents & if they can treat us this way how will they treat others.
