Where we ran into issues - Rushed drywall repair: The joint compound was sanded and painted after one day (versus the 3-4 days Michael originally said it needed). A wall patch later developed small divots that my husband had to fill and sand. - Incomplete cut-in along walls:The ceiling paint stops ~ 1" short of the wall, leaving a noticeable unpainted border around the room. -Clean-up concerns: Four contractor-size trash bags of drywall scraps were left in our garage until we asked that they be removed. -Communication & professionalism: Michael's replies grew brief and impatient, and we received several payment-reminder texts even though we paid on the same date.
