When I inquired about the return policy the lady at the front desk said " just keep your receipt , good for 14 days". She neglected to mention that it was even exchange only and it had to be done at the time of return.. Not knowing I was unable to get my money back...when I did the return I was told to go and find something else. Since I had someone waiting in the car, it was unable to do this. They do not give out credit and I had to come back in again at a different time (when I had time to shop) to do the exchange. I am DONE with Goodwill everywhere and there are so much better shops in Winona that truly give back to the community!

So we got told to leave because they wanted to close early, thanks I guess we are not customers or the Salvation Army doesn't need to sell anything so they can keep helping others... the store is good, the two employees working that afternoon bad and hope they can improve to help the customers and community.
