Dr. Solis-Smith uses parts of Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) in her sessions as well as general talk-therapy. I was honestly at a point in my life where I didn't want to live and I didn't think anything or anyone could help me get out of the dark place I was stuck in. She went above & beyond for me twice a week for 4 months and taught me so much about myself that I'd not realized and gave me the tools that I didn't know I possessed in order to become a better person. She influenced my life so greatly that I can't even surmise it into words.
