Working with Grace was great! She was knowledgeable, responsive, and helped us navigate the home buying process seamlessly. She was available to reach via phone, text, and email which was so helpful depending on how urgent my question/concern was during the process. She was able to provide lots of contacts for outside quotes, what she saw going on with the market and helped us put in an offer that was accepted! We just can't say enough regarding working with Jimmy Hickok and Grace Reutzel searching for the perfect Beach House. The patience they gave us and the amount of time they spent showing us many houses proved that they really wanted us to be happy with what we were to buy. Jimmy's knowledge and expertise on the construction of properties was out standing! When we got close to the closing Grace walked us through all "hook up" procedures regarding utilities. Having grown up in a family of new-construction contractors, real estate investors, and business owners, I have always been involved in the real estate industry in some form or fashion. My husband and I have flipped and remodeled homes, I was a real estate photographer for 10+ years, and my family owned a vacation rental management company for 20+ years. Obtaining my real estate license in 2018 was an easy next step in my real estate journey, and it has been such a blessing to have the opportunity to help others with the knowledge I have acquired over a lifetime.
