I asked him to take a picture of the part, as it was under my bathroom cabinet and I could not see or access it. Man kept looking at his phone to check the time and complained about the time he had already spent assessing my tub and made angry gestures about helping get me a picture. I called his the owner, Jason, while Keith was still here and he siad he would try to figure out what the part was. I decided to order a whole new deck to cover any and all pieces. Jason said for me to get the piece and that he would have someone come back and fix it for no charge, as I had already paid one warranty fee. Said he would call me back the next morning to get me scheduled. Never heard fom him. Called him a couple days later and said he was on a demo job but may come by that afternoon but if not, then definitely on Monday (3 days later). Keith came back and said he could't repair because it was too much work and warranty denied my initial claim. Now all of a sudden there is a leak under my tub.. While he was here, his boss was on line. I asked him why in the world he can't fix and he told me he "I thought you needed a sink faucet repaired!!! WTH!!! I told them both they were not on my level and kicked Keith out the house!! Do not call these people. They do not carefully asess the issue. Instead, they want you to diagnose the problem and know your plumbing parts.

First, let's talk about what's good about this plumber: He was one of the first to respond to my…read morerequest for quote. He was also at the rehab property within an hour and a half to check the problem. He came the following day to supposedly fix the issue. Now the problem lies about the job itself. I had him talk to my husband about what needed to be fixed. My husband told him to go ahead and fix it. He was charging $150 per hour + materials. He came to fix part of the issue but not entirely what was discussed. It took him less than an hour to fix part of the job (cutting off the corroded pipe with easy access and replacing it) and charged us full hour for it + material + charged me extra $10 to send him the payment via cash app. His girlfriend said that it cost her $10 to pull money out but we all know it's a lie because CashApp only charges 1.5% fee if you want an instant deposit. He said that the reason why he didn't fix the whole thing was because he was waiting to meet us at the property. But why? When all of that was discussed already over the phone yesterday. The property is a full rehab and we need more plumbing service done. Needless to say, they lost our business for this property and many others. I do not recommend this company/person.
