They exceeded my expectations and made the whole day go by smoothly. Leading up to the wedding, they brought up a lot of things that I did not think of so they were a great extra pair of eyes, ears and minds. They were very attentive, detail oriented, friendly and efficient. I don't have one complaint about them. They did a lot of things for me that I can't even put to words a few days after my wedding. Where do I start??? Carol and Audrey are just awesome. I spoke to Carol a few weeks after my engagement and she just gave me all these tips. Our initial consultation was like an hour on the phone. So months fly by and 5 months prior to my wedding date, I seal the deal with Graceful Charming Events to have them as my day of coordinators. Since I had the venue and few of the vendors selected, I thought it was best to just go with the day of coordination package. Having the day of coordinators was the best decision I made for the wedding. Even better because my day of coordinators were Carol and Audrey. So Carol always answered all my wedding related questions and even referred me to vendors. Carol always responded quickly to my texts and emails. She is the sweetest person ever. So nice, but at times very strict. Strict is very important for your wedding. During the timeline drafting stage, there were so many things that she would bring up and ask that I would have completely have missed. She stuck to the timeline and even though I was late to my own wedding....yes I am that bride...she managed to get us up to pace and even managed to squeeze in our first dance rehearsal right before the reception. Everything went sooooo smoothly. Both our families had nothing but great stuff to say about Carol and Audrey. My parents at first were telling me that coordinators are unnecessary and that I am wasting my money. Their perspective changed after the wedding. My wedding was perfect because Carol and Audrey made sure that things went smoothly. I am sure there was some issues with vendors, but they made sure that it was resolved without me noticing it. Carol contacted all my vendors and made sure that they were on time. She basically took over and was the point of contact for all my vendors about 1 week prior to the wedding. This is very helpful because the last thing you need are all your vendors contacting you few days before your wedding. The stress level sky rockets. The day after my wedding, I noticed that I did not include bridal suite into the cleaning staffs contract. I freaked out because I still had my security deposit that needed to be returned. I contact Carol and asked if the bridal suite was left open for the cleaning staff and she said yes. Turns out Carol and Audrey stayed until 2 am and got the inspection done by the venue with the assurance that everything looked good. So they stayed through out the breakdowns of all my vendors and even after the cleaning staff had completed the cleaning. OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!! I did not expect that. If you do the math....they were working over 12 hours on the day of your wedding. 14 hours to be exact. About 1 week after the wedding, Carol even emailed me to verify the mailing address for my security deposit so that she can follow up with the venue to make sure that I get my deposit in a timely manner. IMPRESSIVE!!! At this point....they seem too good to be true but I assure you that they are that good. So about 4 weeks after the wedding, I got a email from one of the vendors with an invoice. My catering company had forgotten to include the charges for some of the linens on my final invoice. I did not know what to do....I contacted Carol. Carol responded back right away....she was more furious than I was. She helped me word my response. She gave me a response #1 to be used as initial "no I am not going to pay" in a nice way and also gave me response #2 if they continue to ask for the money. She said that she will step in if the response #2 does not help. Lucky for the vendor because they actually accepted the fact that I was not going to pay for a mistake they had made with my response #2 email. We recently celebrated our son's 100 days celebration. With an infant, I did not have any time to even think about decorations. As the day got closer, I wanted to at least have a banner for my son. All the personalized banners online looked so cheap, but then I remembered that Carol made all these beautiful invitations, banners, labels, etc. for one of my closet friend's bridal shower and wedding. She did such an amazing job I knew I definitely wanted her to make the banner but thought a four day notice was way too short. Without giving her much to work with, she texted me the following day to let me know that she completed the banner. The banner was just perfect! And the color combination she used made it too cute! She really did exceed my expectation. Her attention to detail and quality of work is exceptional. Carol is very sweet and will go that extra mile for you.
