Erin proceeded to say David need's to stay away from my computer and then the worst part she said go to the back go to the back like if she was some puppy or some child. Be careful as she is very unprofessional no one should be spoken to the way she spoke to Karen especially in front of a customer. Needless to say I will not buy a membership which is not cheap $340 a month for 45 minute sessions with somebody like that representing StretchLab I will not be supporting this business. . it's very sad that you want to see a business do well but then you have GM like Erin speaking down and embarrassing, I even went back to the shop and apologized to Karen on her behalf, because I've never witnessed anything like that.
