Definitely fun to look around. The Bridge Park area and the bridge itself are beautiful. There is greenery, connecting parks (and one has a cool fountain feature), plenty of dining options on both sides of the river and shopping. There is a nice pavilion with a fire and seating which was perfect for us to sit around after dinner and looks like an area for entertainment as well. According to online articles I read the pedestrian bridge itself was built at $22.6 million and the bridge park area is an approximate $600 million investment. Bridge Park has 20+ buildings sitting on 30 acres with dozens of businesses and residential apartments. It's a beautiful area with all kinds of dining options and activity. Definitely worth checking out the area and walking the bridge.

Pick an apartment with a view if you can, or you maybe looking at the side of a building when you look outside. Its a good patio space though, I think I just prefer to have the woods at my back rathwr than a building. Its a really quiet place as well, im not sure whats with the building numbering system but it needs tweeking bad. If your not from there it's a pain tryin to figure out where your building nunber is. It doesn't seem like their on any order really? Also, perhaps a camera system outside would be helpful, just incase something happens in such a seemingly packed parking area. Any small maintenance requests we have had are done within 24 hours. The pool is beautiful. The neighbors we have met all all good people. The walkability to Bridge Park and the walking/bike paths around the area make it a perfect place to live. We would have moved here last year but they didn't have any availability at the time, now I see why. All of the residents I have talked to have had zero negatives to say and their tenants do not turn over like the place we moved from.

From the women in the office (Brianne, Amy and Deann) to every neighbor I have met -- they are all so nice to my dog and to me. This is a friendly place. I loved the layout of this apartment and that's why I chose it. I had no idea all of the other things here I would love. I was selling a house and worried about apartment living -- now I wonder what took me so long. I have not rented for many years, and this life is way better than I remember. Sooo you have to drive your garbage there everyday. Yep - you have to put your garbage in your car and take it to the compactor. I asked management about this and was told they are trying to control rodents. I get it, but for a place as nice as this you would expect valet trash or something like that... soooo when i look out my gorgeous windows i always see the neighbors trash. Pretty lame. And on top of that they don't recycle.

There are some great employees who work here and the amenities are nice to have. Removed a star because sometimes packages and deliveries can be a hassle if it's not business hours because the drivers will not be able to access the building unless they have your code (they never read the instructions) but that's not the building's fault. Lastly and most importantly, PEM, the power company, overcharges for power. The bill is more ~double what it is for a house 3x the size of your unit. Expect to pay $200+ in the winter and $300+ in the summer.

"Brand new" fencing that still has stopped grass from growing over the course of a year. It looks like we live in a low income area with this crap.

There is literally frost on the inside of the sliding door if the temperature drops below 30 degrees. Walls are paper thin and shower creaks so loudly that you'll always know when your neighbors are showering and even the songs they like to hum. The furnace is moldy and only accommodates filters that stick out 2 inches. Maintenance installs these once per year. There is only 1 maintenance guy for multiple properties including properties in Cincinnati. We found this out when the pipe under the kitchen sink came undone and leaked all of the water from the dishwasher onto the towels and contents under the sink. John was in Cincinnati that day.

And I promise you, they are not spending anywhere close to that amount on that microwave. Since then, I have called 3 times and left messages, none of which will be returned. I drove over an hour to speak to them in person, only for the office to be closed despite it being in their office hours due to staffing issues. I contacted Birge & Held and they gave me the email of the regional manager of the area. Yet again, no response. This place is horribly run and should be avoided at all costs.
