There are informational postings as you work your way through the course to learn about the coal mining process if that js of interest to you. Even if it is not, it's just a cool course to play. The cost is very reasonable for the length of time the course takes. We have been back multiple times and it is still worth it.

This is a very well thought out course, with actually pieces from coal mines incorporated into it. The holes are challenging and enjoyable. The facility also has batting cages, a disc golf course, virtual motion rides, a snack bar, and a coal mining museum. There are a lot of photo opportunities, and you can learn a lot during your visit, too. Pricing was extremely reasonable, and the people working there were knowledgeable and pleasant.

I had purchased a Groupon for mead tasting for a reasonable price: included 8 tastings, two free glasses, and a tour of the facility. Something low key to do, after arriving and driving all day. Ruthann, and her husband were equally knowledge on their mead wines, the honey history and how their business came to flourish. Don't be alarmed if you arrive in the earlier evening, and see no cars in their lot. The owners provide a number to contact, on the door and arrive shortly after if the place is locked. The tour, and explanation of the portion/ratio of honey to mead, and history of the building it sits in was fasacinating. Before being a meadary, the building history dates back to the 1930's. A true, hidden gem of a find for this southern hospitality area of West Virginia.

We needed a venue central to a lot of people, Bridgeport WV was convenient to all. Being that would be over 4 hours away from the Bride or her mom, we knew that we would need a lot of help setting things up. The team at 4T Arena took care of everything to make sure her day went perfectly. The experience they bring to the table made the stress go away. The venue was beautiful when we showed up for the rehearsal, only a few other decorations needed to be added. The staff told us that we were no longer responsible, they would be handling any issues that popped up, we were just there to enjoy the wedding. The food was fantastic (The mac and cheese was my personal favorite), and the decorations of the desserts were phenomenal. Plenty of food for seconds. Cleaning up after the wedding was a snap, and we were out the door in no time. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I cannot recommend them enough Thanks again to everyone at 4T arena who helped make our daughter's wedding a magical event.
