He shows up every week consistently and does not cut the yard when it is not needed or if he feels it would damage the lawn. He looks at your lawn and determines the best course of action for that week. He also provides good ideas and advice on maintaining your yard and has the additional services to provide it if you are interested. He is also very personable and enjoyable to talk to. I can't say enough great things about Patrick and his crew. My wife and I built a house with Heartland Homes in the Overlook plan in Southpointe. The builder left us with a "yard" filled with rocks up to the size of a bowling ball less than 1" deep. The grass seed was spread scarce and covered with a layer of poor quality hay, which left no chance for grass to grow. Patrick and his crew were able to assess the situation, remove all larger rocks inhibiting root development, apply a verticutting technique, spread a mixture of high quality grass and apply the proper amount of quality hay. Today, we have an established root system and are on our way to a lawn we can be proud of. Grago Lawn Care has blown out my leaves and trimmed my butterfly bushes every spring for years. They are always pleasant, do a good job, and clean up after themselves. Today they blew a huge amount of leaves from both back and front yards, and the city picked them up within the hour.
