I've used Graham three times and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Once I took my cart in for bushing replacement and when the tech brought it out and applied the brakes it was jerking. The tech said he didn't like that and said I'll be right back. In just a few minutes he came back and the cart stopped smoothly. He said he adjusted the brakes at no charge. A technician came to service my golf cart and was convinced that it needed the 48 volt receptacle replaced, that the charger and batteries were fine. He left after giving me instructions to charge the batteries and what to look for. A few hours later when I went to check on the charging progress, there was water under my golf cart so I unplugged the charger. The next day, I plugged the charger back in and when my husband came to help me figure out why the charging wasn't complete, we realized that the water in the batteries was boiling over. We called and a spoke to Mario who insisted that it must be the charger. We got in touch with the technician who serviced it and he insisted that the charger was good, that it must be the batteries. What a waste of my valuable time (and money)! In my opinion, the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing! read more

My daughter and her husband bought a cart from them 3 years ago, batteries died (due to poor maintenance), so we called them for service. They were very nice on the phone and picked up the cart in a day or so. Fixed it and returned it within a couple days! During the process they called to tell us they were coming, called and told us what was wrong and the price and called with delivery updated! Great customer service. Then I looked underneath and saw some rust and damage, called them and they said they would take care of it UNDER WARRANTY!! Wow these folks really stand behind their product! I bought my golf cart here the end of 2020. I had an issue the following year and they picked it up and fixed it all no charge. I recently had battery issues with my cart. One of my neighbors who bought her cart 11 months after me said she had the same battery issue. Graham picked hers up and called her and told her they had previously received a whole batch of bad rocket batteries and they were replacing hers at no cost. I had the exact same batteries in my cart. They called and told me I needed new batteries at a cost of over 800.00. I called up on a Friday afternoon at 3:00 to speak to my sales rep about it and they were closed. I left a voice message for my salesman to call me back. Yup, you guessed it, I never got a return call. When they called to let me know it was ready and I had to pay before getting the cart, the total ended up being 920.00. They said my cables were bad(probably from the bad batteries) and they charged me for those and also charged me for picking up the cart. read more

The gentlemen that my husband and I encountered at Graham Golf Cart last August were all so helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond expectations in helping us identify whether our golf cart charger was actually charging our golf cart. Our cart had died and we had it towed to them for a once over as we believed it to be fully charged and dying for some unknown reason. As the relatively new owners of this cart, purchased privately, we had been told by the seller, that the original battery charger had been stolen and this charger was the cheapest replacement he could buy on Amazon as they cost upwards of $800 for a factory replacement. We thought we had been duped. Graham GC charged him up and called to say there was nothing wrong with him mechanically. The battery had just died. So we picked it up and when the problem persisted they asked us to bring the charger in. They ended up having their shop tech put a different plug on the charger for approximately $22 instead of trying to sell us a whole new charger. It worked for a while but eventually We did end up buying a different charger from them and they sold it to us for around $200 which is another amazing thing because as stated before they cost between $600-800. They really wanted to help us and they did. Never had a problem after that!! Amazing professionalism and unexpected kindness and honesty in this day and age. I was brand new to golf carts when I walked into Graham Golf Carts last March (2022). I explained I was new to this and asked for information on carts and ended up buying a brand new 2022 gas cart. The cart arrived at my house without a functioning gas gauge which they did end up fixing, but tried to charge me $40 for pick up and drop off to fix something that should have come functioning in the first place. I stopped in 3 separate times in the first couple of months looking for a chair rack and locking glove box and they took my name and number all 3 times, but never called me back. Finally on the 4th try, they had them in stock, so I dropped my cart off and 4 days later they brought it back (after I paid over the phone), with the glove box installed, but no keys and no chair rack. I had to drive back there to get the keys and the chair rack that I paid for. After driving the cart, I realized it only went about 12mph (I had no idea carts had different max speeds), so I brought it in to have that adjusted. The best they could do was about 15mph. 1 year later, I now know that most carts can go around 25mph (I get passed by carts all the time). When I bought the cart, the salesman promised me they held their value and I could always sell it back if I decided the golf cart life wasn't for me. Well, I'm ready to sell it back because it's really stressful being in everyone's way. When I stopped by Graham last week to ask about selling it back they got back to me with a price of $8500 for a trade in (I paid $11,928 in March 2022). I don't want to trade in because that will cost me at least another $4000 which I don't have. So I went back to get a price for a buy back and was told this time that they would give me $8700 for a trade in or $8000 for a buy back. I asked for the buy back (I can't afford the cost of trading in right now - wasn't expecting to be buying a new cart for 5-10 years). I just received the call that they will not be able to buy back my cart at this time because they just purchased a bunch of new carts and are out of cash. I was not given a date that they would be able to buy it back... only that maybe in the future they'll be able to. It' NOT GOOD BUSINESS to make an offer one day and then re-neg the next day. I want the entire fiasco to be over, but they are not a company with any integrity, so now I have to find someone else to buy my cart (I don't really want to sell to an individual in this area where the roads are too busy for a slow cart). I feel completely screwed by this company. read more

My cart would not charge. charger would trip and cut off. someone came to house and said it was relay.I dropped it off at Graham and they tested it for 5 hours. Said it was fine. Didn't do needless repair. Didn't try to sell me new charger. And I didn't buy cart or charger there. Oh, and they didn't charge me a penny. True integrity and so friendly. read more

Another good experience with these guys. I thought my golf cart needed new brake shoes or possibly more. Nope. They spent a half hour to clean and adjust my brakes. I was expecting to pay over $125 for a brake job. They only charged me $35 in labor and now my cart stops on a dime. They could have charged me way more for repairs I didn't need. We visited other dealers in the area, all were friendly but some didn't have what we thought we wanted in inventory. We went back to Graham's with more questions, again Mike was very helpful and we decided that, with all the information provided, that is where we would purchase. Graham's location and the fact that they have a service department and the ability to store our golf car were big factors. My wife liked the color of the car we looked at yesterday. We were told that they remove everything down to the frame and rebuild with new parts. So she bought it. They delivered it today and the first thing i see is a used rusted not very good cord charger. I don't even know if it works. But it is junk and not even attached to the car. If they do something that obvious what are they hidden under all that black paint. I guess i will find out in about a year.
