She was very knowledgable about the entire wedding planning process and it felt like having another wedding coordinator on my team! We didn't have to worry about anything along the way, she always had all of the details figured out and taken care of. Our wedding package with Nicole included an engagement session on location at Berkley Riverfront Park. Working with Nicole is so fun and she is so natural when it comes to giving direction, our engagement session was exactly my dream vision. We had a blast on the shoot and as a result, we had tons of beautiful photos to use for our announcements and invitations! On our wedding day, Nicole was taking photos from dusk until dawn; she was there for the first and last moments of our special day, we never had to worry about a moment being missed. Nicole was an incredibly fun and positive energy force throughout the busy day. I appreciated how she took charge and did the organizing for our formal posed family photos, I can't thank her enough for that hard work! Our wedding album was presented in a beautiful photo-box with a USB of our hundreds of photos and a personal touch with a special Polaroid of us on our wedding day, it was so neat. The venue is the most reasonably-priced space in Kansas City (barring you don't use someone's backyard...). It's in a fantastic location just down the street from Martini Corner (easy for everyone to go there for the after-party!). There is an enormous kitchen at your disposal; chairs and tables are provided; the hall has many windows that filter in gorgeous light; there are hanging lanterns; and the hall is also decorated with twinkle lights. The high ceilings make the space seem grand and impressive, while maintaining a sense of intimacy. The owner, Lord, is VERY easy to deal with. He had impeccable communication and was willing to meet with us several times to figure out the layout of the space, the sound set up, anything! He allowed us to use whatever caterer we wanted at no additional cost, provide our own alcohol and bartender, use our own security, etc. Our wedding was very DIY and Lord allowed us to really save on our budget by using our own resources. I would HIGHLY recommend this space as a wonderful venue in Kansas City. There are only two reasons why I'm not giving it 5-stars, and that is because I believe the sound system could use a minor upgrade; and because the bridal suite is a little lackluster (although there are plans to build a new suite, I'm told!). All in all, a wonderful venue that I believe I am beyond fortunate to have discovered!!

Kristina is easy-going and made us all feel comfortable. She and her assistant were able to coax a smile from our reluctant daughter and the subsequent photos are beautiful. The only glitch was the online payment system wasn't user friendly but it was a minor thing and it was a problem easily solved. My father passed away from cancer, and Alex said she's not going to pressure the bride of the cancelled wedding bc she was recently diagnosed with cancer. I can fully respect that, however we only need the venue bc of the same reason, except it was a cancer death. I'm very disappointed with Alex's lack of professionalism, communication and overall her inability to manage multiple clients at once. In my honest opinion, having planned many events in my life, she cares more about the additional money a wedding would bring in, than actually providing fair and equitable customer service to her clients. Very disappointed. House venue is also smalls, old, outdated and very choppy small rooms. Outdoor venue is beautiful, but only in decent weather.

As president of the party planning committee at my work, I was tasked with organizing the holiday party and since we had extra budget this year the committee wanted to add a photo booth into the mix. Typically, I am not one for photo booths when it comes to a tight party budget so I said if we are going to do a photo booth I want to get one where people really like and treasure the photos - like the Kardashian photo booth. SO I googled "Kardashian Photo Booth" and Luxe Photos KC popped up. I'm so glad they did. We got the Glam Photo Booth with unlimited printing and it was a total hit. Everyone wanted to get not only their photo, but a photo with all their coworker friends and project teams and spouses.
