This was the 6th manufactured home dealer we have been to and by far the most knowledgeable, upfront and helpful by far. She listened to our needs, immediately knew which layouts would serve out needs and budget. There was no mystery, she laid out pricing and was helpful letting us know what we could add and what we should add. I felt like the process was doable. Also the homes on the lot look nice. The craftsmanship is excellent. On a personal note, the homes are air conditioned so we didn't feel like we had to rush through and get out before heat stroke set in. Roach infested falling apart unit, when AC wasn't working in the summer at it was 102° , he refused to fix it and kept claiming that that is normal for a swamp coolers (its not ive had many swamp coolers in homes my whole life). The cooler also was leaking water everywhere and even after they had a service come recommended replace the unit, they decided to Jerry rig it instead. Seems like that is how they handle maintenance is just "do it yourself". Their son brings his buddies on the shared property & likes to do drugs & cause chaos.
