Roach infested falling apart unit, when AC wasn't working in the summer at it was 102° , he refused to fix it and kept claiming that that is normal for a swamp coolers (its not ive had many swamp coolers in homes my whole life). The cooler also was leaking water everywhere and even after they had a service come recommended replace the unit, they decided to Jerry rig it instead. Seems like that is how they handle maintenance is just "do it yourself". Their son brings his buddies on the shared property & likes to do drugs & cause chaos. Life happens though - it was during covid so who knows why this happened. On the up side...We also really liked working with Nick. They both were great and have gone the extra mile for us - before, during and after the purchase. Before we closed, two turn-key properties came up on Zillowthat we absolutely loved. We made a trip out to Tucson just to be sure we were making the right decision with our "fixer" - We passed on them, but those houses were very tempting. One of our neighbors saw the notice and called the listing agent who in turn called Nick. Nick called us and was kind enough to go to the property to turn the water off for us. The only area that I felt didn't go as smoothly as I would have hoped is with the lenders they recommended.
