There are live feeding demo and also demos of reptiles by the associates. Other than alligators they have small and medium size animals like turtles, ostriches, hyenas and few more. There are individual houses for small reptiles, frogs and lizards. At the back they also have Alligators cove where you get to see Alligators living in the water lands. In the middle of the park there's lots of sitting area with shade. Huge fans blow all day to ease the visitors from heat and humidity. There's a small cafe that service some food, snacks, ice cream and drinks. The gift shop has lots of cool items focused on alligators, reptiles, animals and the park. Easily takes 2-3 hours to filly explore the park. We found all associates to be very friendly and constantly reminding guests how to explore the park safely.

We came on a day when we thought the weather at the beach was going to be less than ideal - lucky for us, the Zipline tours operate rain or shine. We ended up having great weather for it too! It was super easy to book. Once we got there, they got us kitted out, then we went through a quick (yet thorough) instruction on how to safely zipline. It was a group of 5 of us plus our guides. The tour took about 2 - 2.5 hours, and you get to go on 10 different ziplines. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon. Jesse is very fun and funny, Margaret is super sweet, and Lacey had amazing knowledge on fun facts throughout the tour! The zip lines were very fun, and all three guides took every measure to ensure our safety, creating a good sense of trust. We all felt like a group of friends by the end of our tour. They also take photos at the beginning, middle, and end of the tour with specific spots for photo ops which I truly appreciate! (You do have to pay for the photos.)
