The holes are decently kept. There are some photos of the property that are pretty dated making this place look like it was bombed. Parking can suck depending on when you go. There are no clear spots so folks will park right next to you giving you no space to get in. The other part that kinda sucks is you can wait a long time for parties ahead of you to move along. This sucks if your party has young kids or babies. All in all, this place is nice and a good deal for an hour of fun.

We came on a day when we thought the weather at the beach was going to be less than ideal - lucky for us, the Zipline tours operate rain or shine. We ended up having great weather for it too! It was super easy to book. Once we got there, they got us kitted out, then we went through a quick (yet thorough) instruction on how to safely zipline. It was a group of 5 of us plus our guides. The tour took about 2 - 2.5 hours, and you get to go on 10 different ziplines. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon. Basically 5 bucks to walk up some stairs and back down. They took tickets for a ride that spun in a circle that went at a walking pace. That's all it did. When we went back to the ticket booth to complain we were told it's broken. So why did they take my tickets? I don't know is what I'm was told. Idk how or why anyone would do this more than once, we sure won't. A few of the operators were great. Vey nice. Even let the kids go multiple time for no more tickets but hard to make up for the overall car fest this place is. Highly not recommend in any way. There are plenty of other things around to do. There are live feeding demo and also demos of reptiles by the associates. Other than alligators they have small and medium size animals like turtles, ostriches, hyenas and few more. There are individual houses for small reptiles, frogs and lizards. At the back they also have Alligators cove where you get to see Alligators living in the water lands. In the middle of the park there's lots of sitting area with shade. Huge fans blow all day to ease the visitors from heat and humidity. There's a small cafe that service some food, snacks, ice cream and drinks. The gift shop has lots of cool items focused on alligators, reptiles, animals and the park. Easily takes 2-3 hours to filly explore the park. We found all associates to be very friendly and constantly reminding guests how to explore the park safely.
