"Open til 9pm" - so, why was 8pm stuck in my head? No idea, plenty of time... umm... oh yeah, Montana has that last pour by 8pm thing THAT'S where 8pm came into play! We stumbled in the door all giggles, almost completely blowing it on our last stop slotted official stop after driving across 3 states. Why... because we're OUTSIDE creating tongue on pole pics to honor the great Christmas movie on a "triple dog dare" Aaannnyyywwhhoo, we were able to squeeze in our last stamp, grab a couple of crowlers for the cooler & probably terrify the poor gal working who no doubt thought we were off our rockers. (Which will be proudly presented in Kels matching glassware) It was a great stop to end on, as it was one of the ones we were most excited for. The pb cookies were amazing - they are hard to find, and these were large and wonderful. I bought some to go - a handmade, blueberry sour dough pop tart, a lemon shortbread cookie. These cookies had a raspberry glaze, but the glaze was not yet applied. I purchased the lemon without the glaze. It was amazing. As we were leaving the woman, who I wished I asked her name, brought me a cookie with the glaze. It was also wonderful. Some treats did make it back to GA! The group of coffee ladies came in while we were visiting. So hometown cute. This was a highlight of my trip.
