MOHD opened a ticket has done nothing in the last 2 weeks. Meanwhile FedEx just charged me a huge fee for import duties for this shipment - without my authorization. I don't think I can get a refund on the tariff from this broken item. Going back and forth with both FedEx and MOHD now.
