The maintenance guy, Rudy, showed up within the hour and the problem was fixed within two hours of my email being sent. That was faster than I would have expected on a weekday, let alone a holiday weekend. The apartment itself is very comfy and I have a great view of the lake - I feel like I'm living at a retreat center but I'm also so close to everything that running errands is a snap. The staff have continued to be very responsive, both in answering requests for help and keeping those sidewalks cleared (a big task this winter!). Very happy with my decision!

After the property managers efforts to reach their corporate offices and only after sought legal guidance, 4 months later got our security deposit. We did see the sec dep check was dated to that which required but NOT sent to us! So, future residents, beware! I'd also suggest they do criminal background checks prior to final decision to lease an apt.

Eventually their whole unit flooded and they had to withhold their rent to be able to go to court and move out. The insulation is poor - you have to pump heat in the winter to stay warm. There are bugs, and someone moved in and brought roaches with them. I personally like the maintenance workers - they are nice and try to do a good job. It's management that I'm not keen on. They don't care about you which I shouldn't be surprised, but the condescension I received when I helped stand up for neighbors was disheartening. I don't recommend this place. Otherwise, the unit was decent, although very cheaply done, water damage, wall damage, ripped off baseboards, mold, etc. We lived in the "model unit" and near the train tracks you can hear every single one pass in surround sound. I don't know how other places compare, but I'd shop around before settling here.

I have known Travis most of my life, but he wasn't an agent when I bought my first house. I did work with Travis over the last few years, taking several breaks my search after getting frustrated. The small but highly desired market I was looking in had lots of overpriced houses with major issues, but other buyers didn't care. Travis was patient as we looked at house after house after house. He is very responsive in getting appointments to view houses. I would typically drive by a house first to view the outside and determine if it was worth touring. However, I know Travis was willing to do this himself, if needed, as he was also my nephew's agent and did this for him. Travis has a wealth of information and many great resources. Inside the houses we always looked in the basement first to check out the bones of the home and furnace condition. We had to back out of a few house offers due to unsatisfactory inspections and Travis managed that process well. I am now very happy in a new home.. Travis was always quick to respond and dependable. I am the first person in my family in two generations to buy a home, and I never thought I'd be able to afford one, let alone one as nice as the one Adriane found for me. She made the entire home buying process one of the easiest things I have ever done. She is extremely knowledgeable and does a fantastic job at explaining everything in a way that makes sense even to a layman like myself, and at no point did I ever feel confused or unsure about any step of the process. She took care of pretty much everything, and anything outside of her purview, she had stellar recommendations that worked out wonderfully. Of the houses I chose to look at for our first day of scouting, Adriane chose one wild card she thought I might like, and much to my amazement she absolutely hit the nail on the head. It was perfect for me, ticked almost all of my boxes (and then some), and was even under my budget. We submitted our offer which was immediately accepted. After the inspection came back with a few anticipated issues, she successfully negotiated to have the seller get thousands of dollars of repairs done. Even on the day of closing during our final walk-through, we found the washing machine had started leaking and she successfully negotiated a brand new washer before we even left for the title agency office. I don't think there was a single thing I requested that she could not obtain. But she didn't just stop there; she then proceeded to help two of my closest friends buy an amazing home, then my sister and brother-in-law as well, all in the span of about a month. Even outside of our business partnership, she took time to help my sister and I with a dispute regarding our previous landlord, something that had zero bearing on my home purchase, but that she assisted with anyway purely out of kindness and a desire to help. As a rule, I have an innate distrust of anyone who works in the housing industry, especially those who work on commission, but Adriane went above and beyond. Even though I am by no means a rich client who she would make a fat commission from, she still treated me with nothing but the utmost respect and dedication. She worked day and night, weekdays and weekends, and was always there when I needed her. She has earned not only my trust, but my complete and total respect. This review is by no means exhaustive; if I sat here and detailed every amazing thing Adriane has done (and continues to do) for me and my family, it would exceed the review word limit tenfold. So I will simply summarize it as this; For as long as she is a realtor, she will always be the sole realtor for me, my family, my friends, and anyone who I can ever recommend a realtor to.
