After after 10 days we called with our confirmation number. The operator didn't write the number down and asked to have it repeated another three times while she searched for it. While we were on the phone an email came in from them confirming that the item had shipped. The tracking number so far is unknown to the shipper. We purchased this item for a gift and it is a good thing we decided to have it shipped early. I can't speak to the quality or value of their product but I hope it arrives some day.
