But we find out that the installers slashed the new sealant layer and water soaked the new decking for over a year and caused the decking to fail and get soft. The new roofer tore off the carpeting and revealed this mess. Obvious knife cuts around pillars and obvious rot. Christine brought out replacement carpet but refused any responsibility for the obvious and costly damage to a deck that within 1.5 years had to be replaced again. The owner was kind enough to come out but told us it was his suppliers problem that the color did not match The color we picked out. Then he said they would have to do an "audit" with his supplier and I would have to pay for him to fix it. Same answer for the creaky floor. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone. No accountability and poor quality of work.

We bought flooring, and started in to a big project. They gave us tips and tricks to help us. It was Saturday night at 7:00 when we came to the end of our project and found we were 10 boards short. We were devastated! So close!! I couldn't think of the prospect of waiting until Monday. I called Mike and within minutes they were on their way to meet us in Afton. Yes, they drove from Star Valley Ranch to get a simple box of flooring so I could finish. I am so grateful. What amazing service. They earned my business from here on out!!
