Instead they showed up at the house, were extremely rude and judgmental about our 40 year old house pointing out all the things that needed work (things we were not even looking to do until later on), and simply chose 1 of the designs I had already laid out and said they thought it would work. Absolute waste of money and an hour of my life I will never get back. Luckily I have family involved with the city, economic development, city planning, better business and am in good shape to file formal complaints and recommendations not to use them.
