I had them out in the summer to give me a quote. I liked their quote, they advised I wait until Fall or Winter to trim the tree, because it was better for the tree to cut it while dormant. Great. But then I tried to call them no less than 6 times in the fall and winter, left messages, their recording said they'd get right back to me....then nothing. 6 calls over the course of two months and they never called me back. I suspect they are out of business now, though their phone still says, "We WILL return your call." After I got the initial quote I gave their name to several coworkers, they had similar issues trying to get in touch with them. Not very professional.

The job was scheduled to begin about a week later. Shane and his crew arrived on time and immediately began setting up their equipment and began to work. His crew were all professional and hard working individuals. The job took 1.5 days to finish and Shane was on site working the whole time. It's not often you see the owner of a company out doing the hard work along side his employees. They finished the job and left my yard in a better, cleaner condition than before they arrived. Everything was done exactly as they said and I could have mowed my grass they cleaned the yard up so well. When I was looking for a company to remove my trees I wanted to make sure I got someone with a good reputation and would do what they said. Jones Outdoor Service has been in business for 30+ years. You don't hang around that long if your not doing something right. If you need anything done around your home give these folks a call. When I need something else done at my home I will definitely call them back without hesitation.

Tree had fallen so that it damaged the eaves but not roof structure. It also lay across a large deck with built-in railing and seating. RC Tree Services removed the tree, while supporting it so it did no further damage to roof or deck. We were extremely pleased with the prompt and professional service.
