I honored the request. I reference the request in an email and he tells me he never made the request. I attach his emails with the request! He then sticks to he didn't make the request. I have at least 15 total complaints but I will stop here. This was by far the worst engineer I have ever done business with. Its hard to believe businesses like this are still operational.
