We went on a Friday, and the website said they would be opening at 11 AM. me, my mom and my daughter got there right at 11 AM and they never opened. They were also other kids and their moms waiting for the store to open. we live about 20 minutes away from the orchard town center and wasted our time going down there when the store should've informed the customers that they were not going to be open today. I find it very inconsiderate that they did not inform their customers because there were little kids outside in the snow waiting for the store open. They will not be getting our business again!! read more

Cute little toy store, conveniently across the "street" from the AMC Orchard 12 Theater. It's a great place to browse and kill time before a movie. Most of the toys are for smaller children - you won't find any Bratz dolls here (thank goodness!). They seem to select their toys based on quality rather than trend. I know I will shop here quite a bit for my friend's kid as he grows up. And right now, they're offering FREE gift wrapping for any purchase over $5! read more

Took my 7 year old shopping and 3 females working on the evening of 5/15/2021 were very rude. We turned around and walked out!

This is by far the best toy store in the metro. Unfortunately, we cannot shop there as we believe making children wear face coverings is cruel, ineffective, and ultimately child abuse. I have been shopping for my 6 grandchildren here for a decade. I am so sad to see the owners travel down the path of authoritarian abuse of children. If the managers are so afraid of the flu, maybe they should stay home and let people not living in fear run the store and let children be free and unafraid. read more

I love love love this store. They have all the great toys, not the cheap crap you find at big box places, but the toys that help our little ones learn. They have great selection and things for babies to bigger kids. They also have a large selection of books. We are so lucky to have them on the north side of town! I got most of my shopping done here for Christmas and the entire staff was amazing and cheerful. They were very busy right before Christmas but they managed to be polite and pleasant!!! I would recommend this place for a number one place to start your shopping for any occasion!!! Five star toy shop! You go in the front doors and it is just a happy place that has an incredible array of stuffed animals in the front windows. If you have a child that likes stuffies, you know how exciting this is. This is our go-to place for birthday gifts and if you are short on time ask for help! Really poor customer service... I love the Grandrabbits in Boulder, but this location's employees are extremely rude. I overheard them talking about & making fun of several shoppers (ex. weight, clothes & even race!), as well as joking about "smacking" kids. I absolutely love this toy store! I always come here when I want to find a special gift that you won't find in any Target, Wal-Mart, or Toys R' Us. They have a lot of classic toys as well as educational toys. I take my kids often to Grandrabbits and they love just looking around. I am willing to pay a couple extra dollars to help out a local business that has quality service and a really good selection of quality toys. This is the best toy store in the area. read more

I have visited the Grandrabbit's Orchard location a few times now and have had a fantastic experience every time. The store is very well laid out and there is plenty of room to move around. The toys are organized well and the selection is fantastic. High quality and not run-of-the-mill toys. I have easily found toys for babies through 12 years olds without fail. To top it off, the staff is phenomenal - very helpful but never pushy. I always leave this place feeling happier! read more

This store has a great assortment of toys so I came back a second time to do some more Christmas shopping. This time I could have walked out with several items and the group of employees chatting at the checkout counter in the other room wouldn't have known. I didn't, of course. What is concerning is that I returned again after grabbing some lunch across the way, and the situation was the same. I am sad to write this review. I have been shopping at Grand Rabbit's for 10 years in all 3 locations. Both my parents frequently shop there for gifts for my daughters and take them there to shop for birthdays. This morning I was going to buy a few items and my 3yo who has only been potty trained a few weeks said she needed to use the restroom. I asked if they had a restroom and was told the closest restroom was across the street at 3 Margaritas. I set my items on the counter and was about to leave to the restroom when the employee said I could use their restroom this ONE TIME and never again. I said it was "an emergency" and took my daughter to the restroom. After I paid for my items, my older daughter told me the employee had snarkily told the manager "it's an emergency" in a rude way about us using the restroom. I do not appreciate the employees speaking rudely behind my back. This store is priced very high and while I support local businesses I would not go back based on the customer service. So disappointing to be treated like this in a store we've shopped at for many years and my whole family supports. While the manager did apologize and say she would "speak to her employee," she was the person the employee had been speaking to in the first place and should have said something immediately and not only after I found out they were saying it in front of my daughter who was standing within earshot. read more

I used to love this store and shopped here ALL the time. Has the management changed or something? For Christmas I bought an expensive toy that didn't work. They refused to take it back because "other people hadn't returned it." It was outrageous. I couldn't believe it. Don't waste your money. They don't stand behind what they sell.
