But since it has been taken over by Elite Dental it has gone completely down hill. They charged our HSA account the full amount for a procedure my wife had done. Then they billed our insurance company for the full amount as well. We have been trying to get the HAS card credited for the difference of $802.00 since April. They are not contesting the error they just aren't posting the credit. We've had multiple conversations with them and they have committed to getting us the credit but they still have not done so. Obviously we have left them and found a new dentist. We have taken the matter up with the Better Business Bureau, our Insurance Company, and the fraud department of our HSA. Not Dr. Kilgore..she checks EVERYTHING to make sure all is currently well with my children and also goes over preventative care that should be done. We saw her today and I've never been so pleased to see what an amazing job she does. She is someone who genuinely cares about her patients. I've never seen her without a smile on her face nor have I ever met a Dr that will take as much time needed to explain things to the children, as well as their parents. She remembers us every time we step foot into the office and makes us feel so comfortable. My son ADORES her. He loves seeing his favorite Dr, as he would say. She sits down, chats with him about school or what's new in his life. I couldn't be more grateful to have her as a dentist for my son. She always asks how I'm doing and always offers a helping hand.
