I did not have a good experience and would not recommend. There were many issues with the…read moreinstallation of my flooring. The major one being that the installers did not do a good job with the prep work and installed the luxury vinyl tile over an uneven concrete sub-floor. When the issues/concerns were reported, the owner's response was that the installation meets industry standards. When I asked multiple times for the information on what the industry standards are, my requests were ignored. The only issue that the owner was willing to try to resolve was to replace a plank that was damaged when the installer tried to fix an uneven spot by hitting it with a hammer.
