He foot-pressed on the pop-out-plunk and called it good. Here are a few pictures to show the condition after they "finished" the project. No transition pieces, gaps everywhere, carpet threads on trim, dirt and dust everywhere, popped-out plunks, etc...which left me in tears when I stepped in the first time after the project. Help

As with other reviews of this company (see google) I experienced the same situation. Zenon (the owner) comes off very sincere while he is selling the job; however once you have paid him, that's over. The person he sent to do the job could barely speak English (that was the first challenge). He could never tell us when he was going to show up or not, he would just show up "whenever" to do the job (just like the other google reviewer experienced). We had colored grout installed. After it was put in I noticed there were areas throughout where the grout was white and not colored. I called Zenon numerous times to address this. He finally showed up and looked at the work. He indicated that the grout was installed incorrectly and that he would get me scheduled to have it redone. It never happened. I called for 3 months. He would answer and tell me he was: just getting on a plane, was out of town, would call me back, etc. I finally told him I was going to take action, he said fine do what you want- and his last comment to me was unbelievable, he said, "did you really think I would come back and fix this, I never do." STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - TERRIBLE WORK- UNPROFESSIONAL.

I like that we were able to schedule a virtual consultation during COVID. I sent Hirshfield's photos and measurements before the consultation. The customer service rep, Beth was pleasant and informative on the call. She told me she'd draft up a quote based on our living room's details/measurements. However, when I received the quote, there was a miscalculation on how many windows we had. Also, the price was quite outrageous! I emailed her back asking her to revise the quote and make some other adjustments to lower the price, but I received NO response. I thought that was kind of rude. Overall, I won't be going with Hirshfield's because it felt like they aren't considerate of their customer's needs or budget.

She refused to let me talk to the person I asked for and went down the same path. This time I lied and said the installer had been out to our house in person and we had a straight staircase (she had previously acted like they don't help if you have a landing or turn in the steps). Finally got an appointment and Nate came out to measure. He was awesome! Very nice and knew what he was doing. Then we waited and waited and never heard anything from Bob's again. I finally sent an email asking about our order and it was all done but apparently they were never going to let me know.
