I had to initiate most of the communication on details, and often what I'd spoken to the owner about was never relayed to the Banquet Supervisor, who is the person actually carrying things out, so I'd have to have the same conversation twice. That being said, things turned out well. The food was good, the bar service was excellent and fun, and the room was gorgeous. If you want a simple experience, Riverfront may not be your venue, but it is one of the only places in Yankton that isn't essentially just a little tan box of a room.

We did not take advantage of their cool pool and water slide area, but a lot of guests did. I also was able to do laundry and get some work done in their business center. Overall good stay; would recommend!
