January 2025 we went to the Tampa Super RV Show We came upon a Trail Manor RV that was set up. We had never seen such a trailer and instantly loved it. My husband talked to Randal from Ideal RV, Lakeland FL for 6 hours asking many questions regarding the entire Trailer. We were assured by Randal - Ideal RV, Lakeland FL that not only is the trailer very well built, but the Trail Manor Company was excellent in responding to owners with any questions or repairs needed. We were told they had excellent customer service. With all that being said, we decided to wait 24 hours to decide to make this big jump into owning an RV. We did just that, and talked to family who were all excited for us - as we were excited and we came closer to retirement. We got our trailer home, retired and prepared to travel with it camping, spending time with our grandchildren camping and sight seeing. Upon doing this my husband discovered the water pump to have water flowing in Trailer for all our needs was NOT working. He also discovered that the Braking System in the trailer also was not working, Both were defective. My husband contacted Randal at Ideal RV in Lakeland FL and received ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from him!!! My husband then contacted Trail Manor in South Dakota, and it seemed like they would help us. We purchased a Brand New Trail Manor RV and should not have DEFECTIVE - Inoperable parts. We wanted to believe the best of Trail Manor as were told when purchasing the RV. As we came closer and closer to our retirement day, and traveling with our young grandchildren, we would definitely need flowing water for bathing, cooking, cleaning. However the water pump would not work. We also definitely would need the braking system on the Trail Manor to be working properly. We did not want to travel and "hope" all would be OK. We needed to KNOW that all the brakes would work with children traveling with us -- and for our own assurance! My husband was told by Trail Manor that is was OK to get a Mobile repairman for the water pump. A repairman came to our home, took out the water pump - finding it was CORRODED all around the unit ! The water pump was corroded all around, on our NEW 2025 Trail Manor! This is just wrong. We had the water pump repaired/replaced. Trail Manor is now refusing to reimburse us for the full cost of the repair. This is just so wrong! So much for the great customer Trail Manor provides.! They DO NOT provided professional, customer service - HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They sent a fraction of the cost (we have NOT cashed that) and refused to cover the full cost. We were preparing to do a lot of traveling with our grandchildren and had to get it repaired. Trail Manor was informed of this, and did not care. As for the breaking system on the trailer, we took it to our Mechanic. The Head Mechanic thoroughly checked our truck and the wiring to the trailer as well as the Trail Manor RV braking system. The problem was found in the braking system. Once again, this is a brand new 2025 trailer, it should not have defective inoperable parts. The Head Mechanic was able to repair the braking system wiring were the installed wire (by Trail Manor in South Dakota, was NOT transmitting the information for brakes to work. Our amazing mechanic was able to find and repair the issue. We were so thankful. Trail Manor has been sent the bill for that and have denied receiving it. We emailed Trail Manor several times , and still have not been reimbursed. STAY AWAY from Trail Manor Trailers. Several failures on the trailer (those were the big ones) and Customer Service is Horrible !

I also received knowledgeable help from Jay at the parts and service dept. I added a slide topper and side and rear cameras and Jay got everything ordered and installed perfectly. When I picked up my travel trailer Dale was there to help get me trained in on the "Ins and Outs" of our "new to us" 2020 Rockwood 2109S travel trailer. He was patient, kind and had a fun sense of humor. Overall, I left feeling terrific about being able to do business with each of the associates who had assisted me. One of the reasons I chose to drive four hours from my home in Rochester, MN to do business from them was the documentation fee charged by Pleasure Land RV in Sioux Falls was far lower than other RV centers I had checked out. The fact is, I had a chance to pull out of this deal and noteboom would have to give the finance company their money back. I felt bad for noteboom and sucked up to the finance company and saved the deal. I never told noteboom i would pick up the paperwork. I made it clear when I bought rv that I was a long haul trucker and I could not get to their lot. They know this because it took me three weeks to pick up the RV when I bought it. Noteboom also told me that they sent the paperwork three times and I lost money getting to the post office only to see that they lied to me. Here is what they said and quote. " The post office and it workers are slow and unreliable!" I have had hundreds of packages and mail come through the post office. I know many of them as friends. They are not slow. They are not unreliable. They are kind hard working people who are overworked and underpaid. They do passports and lift heavy boxes. I have seen them work and they work a lot harder than these lazy RV workers at Noteboom. I can promise the owner of Noteboom who responded to my review with more lies, that if she continues to lie about me or what happened I will personally make sure that all thirty three thousand hard working postal workers in South Dakota know they are not welcome at Noteboom. There was no reason to attack the post office. Your staff did not mail the paperwork so it is not the US Mail Services fault. Noteboom did not communicate with me. Long story short those who helped us...(and you know who you are) a simple "I am sorry!" We messed up. Period. That would have gone a long way for us. One of the reasons we wanted to come to Noteboom is because I used to babysit for the Noteboom family many years ago and knew of it to be a good name. But, as of this past week we are so saddened and disappointed for whatever is going on there. We will not be back to purchase another RV at Noteboom. We worked with our salesman Chris over the phone on a unit that was about to be delivered to the dealership and were able to come to an agreement over the phone. On the day of the purchase, everything was as discussed. We got exactly what they promised us for our rig and the price was as discussed with NO HIDDEN costs. The financing went smoothly and the transaction went without any problems. We picked up the rig and took it to a local campground for a good shakedown. We found a water leak under the sink and an error code on our refrigerator. We took it back the next day and they fixed the water leak and diagnosed the refrigerator. A part had to be ordered and we were told that it would take two weeks. We left the Sioux Falls area and drove to Rapid City area to take care of some business. During the drive I found that the windshield wiper fluid was not working. I found that the hose from the reservoir to the wiper was cut. When we got back to Sioux Falls a week later we stopped by the dealer and talked to our Salesman Chris who took it upon himself to repair the broken hose. Did not even try to pass the buck to Mercedes or the service department. Just fixed it himself. We took the time to inquire about our part and we were directed to Julia, the person in charge of warranty repairs. She let us know that the part was ordered and we were waiting for Forest River to ship the part. She promised to inform us by that Friday what she knew. She promptly called us on Thursday, yes Thursday to let us know that the part should be delivered to the dealership by Monday and that as soon as she had the part, she would schedule the repairs ASAP. Monday morning we received a call from Julie that the part had been delivered on Saturday on her day off and that she had arranged to have it installed as soon as we can get there. We broke camp and headed for the dealership. When we got there we had two other minor issues that we wanted for them to look at for us. They took the rig into the shop and within two hours had our refrigerator repaired and the two issues resolved. Our experience at I29 Rv was outstanding. We were treated with respect and had every concern that we had taken care of. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND I29 Rv to anyone looking to buy and Rv or boat. They are highly professional and down to earth people who know how to take care of their customers.

We dropped off our horse trailer for repairs. We needed a new toilet and were quoted $300 labor…read moreincluded. They billed us for $600. It needed a new pocket door hinge. When we picked the trailer up because "it was done and working", the hinge was replaced, but the pin that holds the door was now broken and ripped out of the door. They also put in lights and charged us $100 per light to repair. All of the clearance lights that they put in have had to be redone since because they quit working. They put in a new tail light that was faulty, and the wire crimps came undone. We had to pay another company to re-do that, too. We dropped it off on our scheduled day and 2 weeks later they hadn't even started looking at it yet. We had to constantly call and got the run around. Our bill was $1500 and the only thing that was working was the toilet that they overcharged us on. Now we have been trying to call for over a week to try and make this right and they don't answer and don't call us back. 10/10 do not recommend this place!!
