He made us some promises of jobs he was going to do by certain dates and then just didn't show up. When we reached out, after several attempts, he got back saying it was time to part ways and that he had not been paid enough for the jobs that he did. We have all the records of all the payments we made to him and they all line up with what he charged us. I believe he is good at his job, but he is not good at managing his time. He left us high and dry. And that added several weeks to our project because we had to find somebody else and work with their timing. I don't think I would be able to recommend him.

Wallis worked quite a few hours of back hoeing and then after the well was drilled, came back and put the road back into very excellent condition. Figured I had run up a pretty good size bill but was very pleased at the amount of the final bill, much lower than anticipated. I was highly impressed by the representation I saw. We finally have settled on a beautiful house in truly a wonderful location on a hilltop in Raymond. Our realtor is such a gentlemen and has been there for us throughout the search. As we have come down to the last few weeks things have just gone really weird due to the LP realtor. 1. My mortgage company has tried to call for some clarification and she has ignored them. 2. The owners asked me if we would mind closing at the end of the month and I was eager for this but stated it would be up to the mortgage company as the contract day was April 14th. 3. When the pest inspection was done a small amount of dry rot was noted. During my paid inspector's inspection it was pointed out to me. When mentioning this to the LP realtor and owners the realtor point blank stated that they would cover that repair to my realtor and myself. Now this 'realtor' is threatening lawsuit because WE did not do repairs in a timely manner and because we did not close by March 24th. My opinion is to just be wise and interview your realtor before you select one. There is one running around who is causing a lot of stress for the owners of the property we are trying to buy as well as for ourselves!!
