The team from Lux, from receptionist (Janet) to owner (Billy), they have been quick and professional in addressing the issue. No judging just addressing the issue. I was having a concern insuring that the filter "freeze protection" was com ing on. Rich came out and found the system was operating correctly. He then checked the hardware and found there was a sensor that could be better positioned. instead of putting in a work order to have it moved he went and got a replacement part and had everything resolved within an hour.

It was almost across from us, I went in and asked for a balloon and they gave me one for my daughter...and the sale racks...I could have spent an hour easily in there but I got the cutest little pair of shoes for her for 10$, regular around 45. I want to go back :( I'm not sure where any are close to where we live and I'd never heard of the place before, but ill be looking it up now! :)
