Like most other reviewers we just moved down here from the north, and were looking for palm…read moretrees...a lot of nurseries did not deliver or install the trees...as we were driving we saw Four seasons and pulled in, Matt the owner greeted us, and we bought 2 palms trees..he came the next day and planted them...he also repaired the irrigation system that was broken and never worked....now because of fours seasons we have 2 beautiful palmetto palms....and our lawn will look better than ever with the irrigation working.... neighbors asked where we got the trees, they called four seasons, and within a day or 2 they also had beautiful palms ..I highly recommend them!

My husband and I were in the market for palms, but we were not satisfied with other nurseries. By chance, we were driving back to MB from a recent trip and noticed this nursery on the south side of Route 544, just west of Socastee. We decided to come back in a few days and we did. We met with Trina, who was as helpful as she could be, we were very satisfied with the price quote and left a deposit. Less than 2 weeks later, Matt and his crew came to my home and in less than one hour had all the trees planted, they even moved one young bush for me too. Matt gave me instructions on caring for our new plants and reminded me if I had any questions to feel free to call. I am delighted with my palms and how they look on my property and I will hire him again to plant more in the future. I am thoroughly satisfied with hiring this crew for their personalized care, professionalism, politeness, diverse stock of vegetation and how neat they worked.

BEAWARE OF AVAS FLOWERS! They scammed me. They are a fake company! I ordered a yucca sympathy plant…read morefor $135.00 (pic below) and they used telefloral to order a small Peace Lily pocketing over $100! Luckily, ENCORE FLORALS received the order! They promptly delivered a beautiful peace lily. I received a text and pic of the Lily from DIL thanking me. I tried to contact Ava's but published phone number doesn't work. I contacted credit card company and filed dispute. After investigation CAPITAL ONE LEARNED THEY ARE SCAMMERS and I got my money back. In the meantime, I reached out to Encore Florals (their card was on the Lily). I spoke with Jeff the owner who confirmed he received a Telefloral order from me for a small Peace Lilly! Encore Florals was amazing. They were sympathetic, professional, and helpful. They told me this has happened before and many local florists were experiencing this. At my request, ENCORE FLORALS picked up the wrong plant and ordered a yucca for me. However, they also left a stunningly beautiful flower arrangement with sympathy and apologies to my DIL for the mistake!! THEY DIDNT MAKE ONE!! When the yucca arrived and was delivered it was much larger and prettier than I originally ordered. The professionalism of Encore Florals, the love shown to us, the superior quality of the products, and the extra effort they gave is extremely rare in today's market! Jeff and the Encore Florals crew turned a nightmare into one of love and sympathy, restoring our faith in others again. PLEASE STAY AWAY from Ava's, PLEASE GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO ENCORE FLORALS you won't ever be disappointed!
