I had an appointment with a rep from Grant Cardone following my signing up on his website. The rep immediately jumped into asking loads of questions about my business and finances, some of which I found extremely intrusive. Then the question came up on how much liquid cash I have, as soon as I gave a number, the call was ended with a promise of sending me an ebook. I told the rep that I have the ebook already and was interested in learning more about the program but all I got was that they will resend the ebook. Call abruptly over. They seem to be only after your money, and I mean substantial sums running into thousands of dollars. They got all my information but was given zero information about the program as soon as they decided our numbers didn't match up. Doubt if Grant Cardone himself is aware of how his company is being run, and being portrayed. I will stay away. read more

Beware - I would not purchase from this company ever again. Buyer Beware of this Company! I hope this post stops at least one person from buying their products! This company is all about getting your money. They have you sign away any rights by signing a contract so that even if they do not deliver on a product or a course for which they charge $10k, they are not required to refund any of your money. Once you sign the document, they do not need to follow through on their commitments. I recently purchased their $10k program, and within days, things started going south, with needing to get the onboarding video timely. They needed a road map for new people to follow with their product. When I asked for one, he asked me what my business goals were, so for the x number of times, I had to reshare even though they asked me to fill out this info online. Once they shared the plan with me, it was basically to go back to Cardone University and do certain modules, some of which I had already completed. It was a generic response and a delay. In addition, the business sales system they were selling was only available weeks later when that was the initial product I signed up for. Andres Miranda was the salesperson I worked with, and I would run away. Just know you are toast once you sign up for one of their events. They will bombard you with calls, e-mails, and texts before, during, and after the event. All this is to get you to wear down and eventually buy. I would stay clear as an investor in their Real Estate program. Because of how I was treated, my next $100k will not go into their program. I recently went for an interview as a security professional for their company. I am a retired Asst Police Chief and 9th degree blackbelt. The reason I didn't get the job? Their snooty COO Sheri Crawford Hamilton told the company that was sponsoring me that I had an odor of cigarette smoke. I have never smoked in my life, physically fit and I was in shock that was the reason I was rejected. I had explained to her that I was coming from work. On the patio where I work some people smoke so I am assuming that because I came straight from work for the interview that she possibly detected the smell of cigarettes. No doubt, thats possible but I explained to her I was coming straight from work so I did not have a chance to shower because they wanted to see me at that time. The gentleman who sponsored me even called her back to explain the whole ordeal and instead of allowing me to come back after a fresh shower like anybody would take before going to an interview, she said nope, cant have an employee smelling of smoke. Grant Cardone and his company is a scam. I listened to one of his webinars who said they will be sending books on how to sell real estate. Instead of sending me books after I paid 997, they send me an online course to do. That is not what I asked or paid for. I paid for the books that Grant promised in the webinar. After all of this, dealing with my bank since oct. A representative sent me an email that said the bank awarded the dispute and there was nothing else that Grant Cardone can do at this time because they refunded the money back to the bank. My bank never received funds back from Grant Cardone industries. So the agent lied, and what I should have expected from Grant Cardone industries who have been known to screw people out of money. Grant Cardone industries will only refund you a short period of time after purchase, however its not in the form of payment back to your card, its the form of store credit on the Cardone website. They charge 2,000 for one book, like okay not shady or anything. Clearly I didn't learn so I do not want to have you make the same mistake. This company is a scam. When you tell them you don't want their trainings, they offer you trail periods with the promise to cancel. When you try and cancel they won't allow it. Then they turn you over to some low life collection company that turns $6k into $70k and threatens to ruin your credit if you don't pay. They represent them selves falsely online as attorneys when in fact they are not. Horrible waste of a massive amount of money. I got totally scammed by a couple high pressure salesman Jared & Mike into signing up for a program that I told them I'd never use. I was given an admission to another seminar the following day & 2? weeks to opt out of the program if I didn't like it. Well the next day before the seminar started Jared said they "actually couldn't let me do it since it was a $3,500 value" and the only way I could stay in the room is if I cancelled my contract opt out. I had already extended & paid for an extra day of my hotel stay & paid to change flights so I bough into one more sleasy "sales tactic". I wish I had just walked out then & there 14 months later & nothing but an almost $700/month bill. I finally contacted them to see if I can get out of the contract & they offer me a 75% buyout price to get out of my contract so I will have spent somewhere in the vicinity of over $22,000 for absolutely nothing. This is by far the worst decision & money I've ever spent in my entire life, on ANYTHING... Don't recommend whatsoever Buyer beware!!! read more

I was a big fan of Grant Cardone. Read 3 of his books and went to an in person boot camp in Miami which was great. I will, however, never do business with this company again, due to the contract for their online training. I asked for help to lower it to a more affordable program after having constant problems keeping employees through the pandemic. I was told over and over they were going to help me, basically over 18 mos and without me using the program 1 time. The "help" disguised as a "great new deal in my inbox" finally came in the way of a NEW contract that was less monthly- but extended me another 34 months, in which case both amounts were the same! The amount to pay to get out of my current contract, and the amount to sign a new contract equaled the same total. Apparently they think I'm stupid. Swindling, untrustworthy, uncaring company. Do not get into a contract with them under any circumstance. read more

I signed up with Cardone U a year ago in August. I was very hesitant, but decided to move forward. After the first day, I noticed that the program was half the size of the one i used during the trial. I called my salesman Andy Arter and told him about this issue. I was told that he would handle the issue and take care of cancelling for me, "no questions asked." Which was an absolute joke. I tried contacting him multiple times over the next few months with no response or resolution. When November came, I emailed, called, left voicemails, and texted multiple times again. He scheduled to call me the next day, but never did. After waiting for two weeks, I called him two more times and sent a long text saying that I wanted my money back. Now it is August of the following year and he still has not called me back. I sent another long email to Andy Arter, Jarrod Glandt, and Grant Cardone in July with no response. He said he would call me the next day, but once again, never called. Now another three weeks have gone by with no response and I am fed up. I have asked for my money back since the day after I signed up and have been getting jerked around this whole year. I am not happy with this company and will be filing a dispute with my credit card company if this is not rectified. read more

I have read countless other books and listened to numerous other audio programs but something he says just hits home and delivers quality information that actually changes your outlook on life or increases your income. In today's world with people becoming anti-social due to the ever increasing media and multiple electrical devices a strong salesman could change the face of the world as Grant wants to do. I am the receptionist for a business that Grant Cardone's "team" and/or sales callers have harassed for months. I have asked that they do not continue to call that my GM is not interested at this time and they will not take NO THANK YOU for an answer. The caller, Gary, has been rude, pushy and seems to think that he knows MY job and my GM's job better then we do. I will not recommend this training to anyone just on the basis of how they conduct their "1st time calling" to be very unprofessional. The GM for the company I work for is one of the busiest dealerships in the area so taken a call for something like "Cardone Training" is not as simple as answering the phone when they call. I have taken the information each time when the Gary calls and after 3 to 4 times a day that they call and cannot get thru to the GM they then start to make up stories that they have spoken to the GM. I am the only one who takes the calls for all areas of the dealership and I filter them to what department they go to so I know for a FACT that what the caller Gary is saying is to be very untrue! The caller, Gary says they have a request from the GM that they call there everyday until they get thru to him so that they can complete the request that the GM NEVER issued or approved. Stories after stories LIES AFTER LIES that I know the GM has never requested. The caller is usually very cocky, rude, stern and sarcastic. Very unprofessional people that call for Grant Cardone and I do not recommend them to anyone. read more
