My appointment to day was an incredible experience. From the front desk, hearing test and communicating with Shawn my experience exceeded my expectations. Shawn was patient, gave avery detailed test and his explanation of my test results were great and easy to understand. Shawn explained that I did not need new hearing aids as he could set them to my new test scores. Shawn then patiently took the time to set my hearing aids to my iPhone. I started going to Keiper Spine about 14 years ago with lower back pain, and for years, I would…read moreperiodically get cortisone injections in my spine that offered amazing relief. But about 5 years ago, the pain wasn't going away after the injection like it usually did, and in fact seemed to be going in a different direction. So, Dr. Keiper ordered an MRI of my left SI joint, and sure enough, that was a new problem. A year or two of successful cortisone injections fixed the problem - until it didn't. Dr. Keiper told me that there was a surgery he could perform that would probably relieve all of my pain, and I agreed to go forward with that plan. But my insurance, Blue Cross, denied me the surgery several times, claiming that it was not medically necessary. After the injections stopped working and surgery was going to be the only way for me to be free of almost constant pain while moving (On the 1 to 10 pain scale, I was between 6 and 8 the majority of my awake hours), which was severely impacting my quality of life. Even doing simple household chores like vacuuming, laundry, gardening, etc., was miserable. Finally, Blue Cross did approve the surgery, which was performed by Dr. Keiper, and the results have been amazing. For all of the years I have been seeing Dr Keiper and his other staff at Keiper Spine, I have always been impressed with the friendliness and professionalism from the front office to the nurses and medical assistants. I would highly recommend Dr. Keiper and his staff to anyone who is looking for relief from back pain. I think he is the best neurosurgeon in Oregon!

I am an 81 year old Male who has been wearing hearing aides for 5 years. My first set of aides I…read moreobtained from a different provider and had difficulty getting customer service. In fact, as I write this, I am still awaiting a phone call from that provider (approximately 4 months now) concerning a failure of one of those aides. My wife and I finally agreed to start over with an Audiologist provider and pay the full cost for aides and get the customer service I had not been getting. We found Hearing Associates and Dr Redding. We started from the beginning with a hearing test and examination. Dr Redding explained in detail each step he took in determining which devices l would need. When I arrive, often just as they are opening, I am greeted like a family member and have NEVER waited more than 5 minutes for my appointment. From our initial visit to this day, my wife and I have been beyond impressed with Hearing Associates and Dr Redding. I was fitted with Hearing aides that Dr Redding, Based on his examination and testing of my hearing, felt would be best for me. They were NOT the MOST expensive model in that Brand But rather they best covered my type of hearing loss. My previous aides came with a device that would play television in my aides. This was an important feature for me as I watch TV a lot...and the device plays IN my aides and I can mute the external speakers on the TV...which doesn't disturb my wife at night when she is sleeping. It took me 3 Days to connect such a device to my TV using my former aides. Dr Redding showed me the device made for my New Aides and then DEMONSTRATED how to connect them to my TV. It took me about 5 minutes to make that connection when I got home. Every Question, Concern, and Fear I had about selecting my New Aides was addressed by Dr Redding. From the Initial Visit to today my hearing comfort and understanding of my devices and getting the most from them has been the paramount objective of Dr Redding and every staff member I have dealt with at Hearing Associates. I have Medicare insurance and NO coverage was provided, I paid FULL price for my New Hearing aides and services from Hearing Associates. I got MORE than I paid for!! My wife and I both feel our experience with Hearing associates has been beyond amazing. When I visit for an appointment, It is very much like I am spending time with a treasured Family member. That is something Money Cannot buy! I have a hearing professional caring for me and at the same time made a trusted new Friend in Dr Redding and all of Hearing Associates Staff. I ended a 15 year professional relationship with Dr…read more Annette Chang Sims at Dr's Fine, Hoffman and Sims due to her abusive and traumatic treatment of me once I was diagnosed with cataracts and glaucoma. A friends husband had recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Neale and was very satisfied with his work and really enjoyed Dr. Neale's personality. I made an appointment and immediately felt like he cared about me. I have never felt rushed by Dr. Neale and he never makes me feel silly for asking questions or feeling scared of having eye surgery at 49. I had my first eye done in June of 2020 and it went quite well. The next eye was done in July of 2020 and I'd noticed I was seeing differently between eyes. Dr. Neale explained he'd used an acrylic lens in the left eye as it is traditionally better for those of us with astigmatism, however it was creating 'tunnel vision' for me. He offered to re-do the surgery with no out of pocket for me. In Jan. 2021 he redid the surgery and implanted a silicone lens and I am very happy with the results. I see 20/15 in my right eye now and 20/25 in my left eye! I no longer need glasses for distance! Dr Neale was quick to respond to concerns I had regarding an issue with a nurse allowing her mask to slip below her nose and ushering a post-surgery client awaiting their ride to the waiting area without a mask. He has implemented a 'pager' system now for the patient's rides so they can be notified easier post surgery rather than waiting for phone calls to be received/answered (which was why this patient was waiting without a mask for so long in the lobby). I will say, that most of the time I've had to go in, the visits take an hour or more. Dr. Neale deals with lots of people that are elderly or on the verge of losing their sight so I understand when I have to wait for long periods as I'd want him to spend all of the time that I needed with me if I was in crisis too. I appreciate Dr. Neale's compassion, smarts, presence and abilities. He has a patient for life in me! Thank you for saving my vision Dr. N! Highly recommend Dr. Neale for cataract or lens implant surgery!

Front desk staff is really nice however wait time are atrocious…read more Took my dad for an eye exam: over 3 hours at their office, mostly in the waiting rooms. They scheduled him for cataract surgery. Told him to be at the hospital at 7am for the procedure. Waited 1.75hrs before they even called him back then started the surgery 1 hr late. Took him to a follow up that same afternoon after the surgery. 3:30pm appt time. We ended up seeing Dr Neale just before 5pm!! And when my dad mentioned he was not happy about the wait time Dr Neale acted like we were the ones being rude and he literally talked so fast through all of like 3 minutes of follow up time. So we waited an hour and a half there to have about 3 minutes with the Dr acted like it was rude of us to say something about that. Today in total between both appointments we spent over 3 hours just waiting for them. I can understand running late some of the time but consistently making patients wait for hours is terrible business practice. I don't think they would like their time being treated that way.
