I begin to panic and drive over there immediately. When I show up, it was the DIRECTOR that hung up on me and she was SO RUDE to me about it. Mad at me for worrying. I asked for the licensing number, and she refused to give it to me at first. When she does give it to me, she says "ughh" as she goes back inside and I call her out on it. Like YOU called me. My grandson was sent hone with a large amount of POOP on the outside of his pants by his rear pocket pants and on both of his long sleeves. The teachers nor the director of this daycare would provide any explanation on how it happened or how long my grandson had been covered in poop. All they said was that they didn't notice it you don't have too notice it when you can smell it. Two weeks prior to this my grandson was bitten on his arm by another child. The staff there turn a blind side to everything or they are just in it to get a check. This is inhumane and very unsanitary to leave a child this way until he goes home. All the staff said was they didn't notice it unacceptable.

My daughter has allergies that causes her to cough (post nasal drip and congestion. I wrote about her allergies during the Admission paperwork! She basically tells me today that I need to get her cough "taken care of" because it causes "germs." Ma'am, I am a nurse. My daughter has NOTHING CONTAGIOUS. Her coughing is a natural way to clear her lungs!! So my daughter needs to suppress something that does NOT CAUSE other children harm? Make it make sense. The owner is Medically Challenged and should not be treating my child like she has RSV when she knows her preexisting medical condition. I would not recommend this daycare.Across the street there is a church that takes Shannon employees that need extended hours. My employees recommend the church daycare. My employees also warned me about this place after I already enrolled her. Its just my daughter made friends, so I was reluctantly to pull her out. Now, I realize my mistake. I do wish that they sent home communications in the folders and updated the reading list once full, but other than that, I do love his daycare/pre-k
