We recently requested details for long haul holidays and received a partial reply, plus some incorrect prices.
Having given up a Saturday morning to spend time at their office to finalise a holiday, the person involved was not there and had not correctly briefed her colleague. Additional information we requested was also not available.
We did not have this poor level of service last time we booked a very expensive holiday with them, yet on this occasion, the prices appeared to be hyped and the lack of attention to detail was completely missing.
It wasn't pleasant sitting in an office on a Saturday with her colleague who had a cold and probably should have been off work. Good for her, for turning up, but what a pity the other lady hadn't clearly briefed her. As General Manager, this level of service is exceptionally shoddy.
We gave up waiting for the information we had requested over a week earlier and took our £6k elsewhere.
