Philip was so patient and kind the entire time. he was there for a few hours and would have stayed even longer (he offered). the photos turned out amazing. the whole process of ordering photos was also done in such as professional manner. as a very high-quality studio, the images were a little pricier than I was expecting but worth every penny. even ordered one he took of our dog that perfectly captured his personality. Website photos looked great and it seemed they specialized in child/family. I called to reserve and got Dan the husband answering the phone and setting up the appointment. First time out, I got lost and one of the godsons had a major car sickness accident. So rescheduled and made it for another time. It is in the lower half/ walk-out basement of their home. Be aware that there are plenty of steps down before you get in the studio. The setup very nice. Plenty of toys to keep the kids entertained. Angie was nice and professional. A week later I returned to view the pictures she took. Back down to the studio she has a comfortable viewing section with overhead projection. I easily made my selections and was handed a menu of packages and prices. I paid half and was told in around 4 weeks I would get a call for pictures done and pay other half.

To begin with, Amy started out with a full explanation of how the session would go so there would be no surprises. She made sure my wife, our mothers, and I were comfortable and provided nice cold water bottles knowing that the hear might be too much for us. It is obvious from the beginning that she knows how to work with infants. The care she took to wrap our son in the various positions and set ups was so meticulous. Her set up was so practical for photographing a newborn with the heat up high and a great white noise machine humming away. The studio is perfect size with all the props, lights, and essentials within arms reach. The main stage for the infants are several thick sheets with the front part about 1 foot off the ground and the rear part about 4 feet off the ground. This is ideal because if she needs to lower or raise the child or part of the child all she has to do is gently place a rolled towel under the child which barely disrupts the child. The wrapping in the various wraps was amazing. She took the time to individually move each finger and toe so the perfect picture was acquired. The patience she has is something a new parent can learn from. He even peed down her shirt but that did not phase her! She quickly cleaned up and came back like nothing happened. We took my guitar for him to lay on. To prevent another pee accident she placed a couple thick towels on the guitar which ended doing their job as his bladder came back for a repeat performance . Basically, this was an amazing and memorable experience. Our baby boy was naked (and soooo cute) for about 2.5 hours without a peep due to Amy's gift of working with infants.
