Used the email chat function today & requested a phone call and all that was offered was an email detailing services offered. Very disappointing, this business provided great & responsive service in 2019-20 when I last used them. Very unfortunate to have received this type of service.

They dumped a bunch of rock in, then cut 28 plantings holes in it to install some ground cover. Two weeks later they still had not shown up to plant the creeping thyme; three weeks later they said sorry, we couldn't get the plants; then they just stopped responding to emails or calls. Did not even offer to come back and re-cover the ugly holes, I had to do that myself. Three years later the yard is a butchered mess and I am going to have to hire somebody else to try and fix it. Horrible, expensive experience.
