Since there was a large variance in the estimate I suggested that he come onsite to look at the work that has to be performed to give me a more accurate quote of what the actual cost will be. He informed me that he would be available to come buy on a sunday between 10-12 (noon). I sent him a follow-up message via the yelp app (same day) to ensure that he still plans on arriving for our appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up nor sent me a follow-up message that he would not show up for the appointment. I am sure he does great work and perhaps he has alot of appointments but it may be important for his business to hire an assistant and as a result I won't give him a chance for a future project.
