WOW! That's what Kirsten and her team did - WOW me! This was the first major product I've done on my home since I purchased it 5 years ago and it was a big one! I was referred to them and once we were in contact, they were great to work with. Reggie came over to scope out the work and then Kirsten worked her magic in the office. I changed my mind multiple times and they were very patient with me. COVID caused some worker shortages but once the work was scheduled, they came through and completed things in a professional and timely manner. We own a 1961 brick ranch that we have lived in for almost 22 years. We have done minimal work in the years we have lived here except for the landscaping. With kids 'grown and flown' we finally decided to make some major decision: to move or to renovate. With the market and offerings, we decided that for what we could afford, we could really update and enjoy our existing home, large yard neighborhood for LESS than a newer property with less yard, less privacy and frankly, less character. We enlisted an architect/design company to begin the reimagining of our home but on ONE condition--that they partner with Dwell Well Home Services for the full demo/rebuild that would be required. We have known Kirsten and Reggie personally for years. They updated a basement bathroom for us in 2021. Despite our personal familiarity, they were professional, transparent, knowledgeable, detailed and more. We were very pleased with the finished bathroom. We decided that every aspect of our upstairs would be updated in some way. From paint (interior and exterior), updated hall bathroom, refinished and new hardwood flooring, exterior paint, a completely new kitchen (GLORRRAY), updated Master bedroom with a beautiful bathroom, new windows, and a new roof and more...we did a THING. The communication between Dwell Well and our chosen architect was smooth and amicable. We were given a timeline and pricing estimates that were nearly true to original estimates (we decided to update our roof and make some other upgrades along the way). Kirsten is the QUEEN of the Home Reno Spreadsheet and this allowed me to understand any price changes based on product desire or availability. So--no surprises. One of the reasons why we waited so long to renovate (besides money and getting kids through college) was the 'resistance to disruption' that my husband and I both have. Although unhappy with the current state of our home, we also dreaded being displaced for 3-5 months. You hear a lot of stories about the stress that renovating puts on a relationship and we were not looking forward to that. I can say that working with Dwell Well probably improved our marriage because they created a home for the next phase in our life and it brings us both joy. We love being in our home so very much and we are grateful that the process went as smoothly as it did. I want to note that Reggie gave us a timeline of 3-5 months. It was closer to 5 months and that is because I wanted too long to decide on a window vendor (full replacement) and once I did, I had to wait almost 2 months for that order to be in and it slowed down the project. read more

It was a pleasure to work with Dwell Well Home Services for the refurbishing of my deck and repairing my kitchen sink (resealing) . They overcommunicated (rain delays) the plan to keep the project moving in the right direction. The overdelivered by exceeding my expectations. Always professional. Always pleasant. Great job. I had some drywall that needed to be repaired due to a roof leak. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend.

I am VERY pleased with my new roof and siding provided by Dwell Well. After receiving quotes from 3 companies, I chose Dwell Well because they were able to match my Insurance coverage amount and because of their excellent customer service. They responded within a few hours to every question I had. They worked directly with the insurance company so that I didn't have to try to figure out what some of the terminology was. The job was quoted as a 14-day project by the other companies, but Dwell Well finished in a week. My house has been restored to its pre-storm look.
