They offer free delivery and free returns, and you can spread your payments. You can order over the telephone, or online on their website. The website is good because it tells you straight away if an item is in stock or not. I've always found the staff to be really helpful, but I prefer to order online as they have started using an 0871 number for telephone calls, and I resent paying extra! I think Grattans are basically the same company as Freemans, although I didn't know this when I applied for both catalogues! Mind you, it does often seem like Grattans have different items in the sale to those offered by Freemans, so I sometimes think it's worth having both! You also get a little bit of your money back. Every time you make a payment to your account, you get a percentage into your 'commission' pot, which you can then use against future orders, or have the money applied to your account to pay off what you already owe. On some items you do pay more when buying from a catalogue than if you went to the High Street, but you do need to consider the convenience of the catalogue,and the fact that you can spread your payments interest free. Overall, I would recommend using Grattans. Good products and great service.

As a first time shopper I got 20% off my first order, a steam mop, which made it a pretty good deal. They do a lot of free gifts and offers which mean general catalogue shopping is noq quite affordable though I would avoid their electrical goods as even with 20% off they are still way overpriced and you can pick up cheaper. The clothes seem good and they carry a lot of brand names. If you are busy or want to pay month by month I recommend it. 24/7 shopping on the site and excellent phone customer service.

This is rather a jumbled up shop based on the main road into bradford town centre - they have that…read moremuch stock in the store it makes it hard to walk around and see the goods. But, i suppose that is what adds to the charm of the shop and it does give you more choice. As the name suggests they stock beds and suites and other things like mirrors, dressers, wardrobes, etc. All the products are the best makes like dunlop and that and are made to the very best standard - the wardrobe i bought there over 10years ago still looks like new which is good in this day and age. They deliver the goods to your home for a small fee but their prices arent too steep so you dont mind paying this fee. The store is laid out over 2 floors but the upstairs floor is quite hard to get to as the steps feel really rickety and coming down you take your life in your hands. There is a lift but it doesnt always work. The staff are quite nice but there isnt enough of them and they always seem to be on the phone when i go in and thus it makes you feel as if your custom isnt wanted, but, once they do begin to serve you they are very nice.
