I remember when Lexington Green was actually a mall... but despite now being a "small" mall, the…read morestore selection is primo! I love Tunies (local boutique), Joseph Beth (bookstore), and Total Wine. Logan's of Louisville is another great local boutqiue specializing in upscale mens selections, but you can catch a great sale if you're lucky! Great venue for oustanding customer service all around.

I pretty much want to say exactly what Heather P. said in her review for this place…read more Lexington Green Mall is located near Fayette Mall (incredibly close, actually), and is filled with higher-end stores that you won't find in Fayette. Stores like Anthropologie, lululemon athletica, White House | Black Market, francesca's, etc. It's small, though, so the store selection isn't extensive. There's also two restaurants -- the Brontë Bistro in the bookstore, and Palmers, which, from my wanderings, looked like it was also kind of connected to the lower level of the bookstore. On another note, the scenery is kind of lovely here. There's a pond with ducks in the back of the shopping center that provides a calming retreat from shopping. Palmers' patio is next to the pond, as well. The front of the mall is also very pleasing, with many places to sit and eat/read/chat/write/whatever. Not a bad outdoor mall, but I'll probably only return just for Whole Foods and Joseph Beth Bookstore (which is amazing, by the way).

This place is just like Marshall's or TJ Maxx. You can find everything from rugs, wall art, beach…read moreequipment, toothpaste, dog toys and food, clothing, shoes, luggage, makeup, and there's even a soda and snacks section. It's extremely unorganized though so you do have to do a fair amount of digging to find your size when searching through the clothes. There are a lot of clearance sections throughout the store and plenty of name brand goods. Overall, I'd go back if I were in the area, but I wouldn't take my kid. I took my 11 year old and she was bored and whining within the first 5 minutes of me digging through the clothing section.

We've seen a steady decline even before the pandemic at Gabe's, formerly known as Gabriel Brothers…read more They used to have slightly misprinted clothing items, clothing samples, overages, and apparel from previous seasons. It was a cheaper version of TJ Maxx/Marshalls and Ross Dress for Less. Now, the majority of the merchandise is Amazon returns. I've even seen knockoff items. We used to have fun shopping at Gabe's. We'd find college and university apparel. Seriously, look through my old photos that I previously shared. Now, nothing, Gabe's, why change what worked? Why does it feel like Goodwill is more organized? Each visit worsens, and few shoppers or cars are in the lot. Finally, I've noticed the same response from Gabe's repeatedly with reviews on Yelp and another site. The bottom line is that "sharing our reviews to improve our shopping experience in the future" isn't worth a grain of salt if you don't fix the problem.

So, I went to Kohl's to drop off a package I needed to return from Amazon. Yes, you read that…read morecorrectly. Kohl's just partnered with Amazon to accept their returns. In fact, they will return, package, and ship the items back. You will have to take your item to the customer service desk in the back right of the store. Amazon sends you an email when you process your return and you have the option to print the information or have the Kohl's employee scan a barcode from your phone. I hadn't been in Kohl's in a while and store was organized beautifully and the employees were friendly and helpful. So, Kohl's will definitely benefit from the extra foot traffic. When the return transaction was complete. The employee gave me a Kohl's coupon for 25% off that expires within 7 days. Since I had to walk through the store to leave, I was tempted to purchase something. That's a good partnership.
