I found that both on-site staff and upper management were gracious and open to conversation whenever an issue was found and were very reasonable and helpful in discussing solutions that were both practical as well as would allow the least amount of interference with the customer base as possible. They truly do care about the services they provide their customers and the decisions they made with us as a contractor reflect that.
