So the Geek Bars. I've gone in there and gotten A LOT of geek bars from them because I lived across the street and have only had maybe 2-3 that actually tasted right or not burnt. I go to any other ones in the area, They always taste perfect, with these guys I've gotten multiple at a time to see if I just kept picking the bad ones but nope, they were all bad. I don't know if they're buying fake geek bars or if they're older or what but DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEM. Everyone in there is super cool tho that's why it's not 1 star read more

I bought 2 vapes from here. And once I finished my first one I opened my second one and when I took a hit it was burnt and tasted horrible. I called the store and I asked if I can switch it out and they said they can't. The vape has 100% juice still. read more

This vape shop sold me a bum vape and wouldn't refund me. Hey, there's no way for them to know that the vape was bad, but I simply asked the associate what he could do for the faulty vape I was sold. A young associate that looked a lot like MC Hammer rudely told me that he wouldn't do anything for me because I didn't have a receipt. I told him that I'm never given a receipt. He said "well, you can request a receipt". Why would I do this, did we slip back to 1994? If the kid wasn't so young I would swear he was a boomer. Boomer energy through and through. I'm a member there and I always use my phone number to get money off of my vapes, so my sale was sitting right there if he cared enough to look and provide a little customer service to a loyal member of the shop. So, I calmly told him that I won't be coming back in anymore and I would take my business elsewhere. He said "cool". Basically, this place stole $25 from me and didn't care in the slightest. Upset that their hours CLEARLY state they are open Saturday and Sun until 3am. Mon-Fri they close @ 2am. (Hours also say they were just recently updated?) I made a 20 min drive excited because of the late hours that I needed, only to get here @ 245am to a completely closed up shop! That's like the absolute worst! A waste of time, waste of gas, pretty far drive and a bad way to end the night, when you were stoked about checking out a shop you hadn't been to before. If the establishment closes @ 3am than it shouldn't close a min sooner than 3am. & if the hours are incorrect, well they need to be corrected, so other people don't have the same experience that I did! This would also save this shop from getting other bad reviews. & I really do HATE to have to leave a bad review like this, but like I said I just wasted a bunch of time and gas for absolutely no reason... So me and my boyfriend went in to buy an Ezee stick, the guy told us the package was damaged from heat damage but we were fine with that as long as the puff worked fine. So we leave and not even an hour goes by and it already died. We went back in to get another one and before we could even explain what happened, he goes "Is that the one I just sold you guys? Oh well I can't replace it if you just got it." I find it very disrespectful that he knowingly sold me a broken Ezee and wouldn't fix his wrong doing. Will NEVER go back there I'd rather spend the extra 5 to 10 minutes driving to a shop that actually values their customers and merchandise they sell. If there was negative stars available that's what I'd rate these guys. I advise you not to waste your money here! read more
