Never tried this new brand but the owner said if I don't like them, I can bring them back for a refund. I was not satisfied with the product and the next day I brought them back. The shop doesn't tell you but I noticed they tried to charge me $4 for the "free" item to cover tax and when I challenged that that's not actually free they told me I could just buy 2 and not get the 3rd for free because no other customers have an issue with it. They have always treAted my son and i with respect even if I'm not buying anything every time. Owning a smoke keeps him with a lot on his plate with the drama that was brought there by his past employee. His shop has been around a long time and every business comes with bumps in the road. Having a disgruntled employee make up things because they are mad they fired I'm sure isn't easy to deal with. I have no doubt he will continue to learn and make sure everything is done by the book. Customer Service is terrible at this location. They are understaffed and the wait times are horrible. Then they are in such a rush making juice that I question if it's even made correctly.
