Car came with bad brakes so I had to fix that. Next up bolts broke off on the motor, water pipe broke and control arms are bent. Their warranty doesn't cover crap. They seem to sell lemons

I made a huge mistake when I entered Gravity Marietta dealership Dec. 5th 2025. Jabori, in the high desk/ Finance area of Gravity, sold me a $34,000 2021 Ranger Rover then upcharged me so much the total became 45,000 (unbeknownst to me, found out 1 month later). I was told the warranty was 1800.00 but later found i was charged 6500.00. I was told to drive the vehicle home on a loaner type paper & told they would bring the contract to my home the next day. I waited all day! They never came. After 3 days of waiting for my contract, I went to the dealership to sign it myself then I was told the contract would be emailed to me. It wasn't! I received the payment slip from the financial company (Wells Fargo) in Jan. 2026 showing i owe 45,500 when the original car price was 34,000. Next i found out my name was placed on the Contract without me seeing or signing (Fraud)! I contacted the FTC, now BBB, because this shouldn't have happened. They forged my name on a contract! Cameras are all around that dealership right? Pull the cameras and check my receipts. I recorded audio also. I asked them to resend the contract but AL argued and tried to make me say, i signed(I, CT did not) the obviously digital stamped contract ,i finally got a copy of in Feb 2026 from someone at the dealership who knew what they did to me and felt sorry for me. lol this is literally a reality TV show type situation, its unbelievable guys. Because im a woman they pulled all types of fugazi. I literally cried and told Jabori, how could you do this, do you not have a mother? After they thought they made the sale, Jabori was stone faced and did not care, would not speak and I didn't understand why his whole vibe changed just 3 days after the fake sale, then but now I understand, they had bamboozled me. Wells Fargo fraud department and I are taking care of business to rectify the fraud. Im now working with the police on this matter also. I want to warn others of the fraudulent activities which I encountered at Gravity Autos Marietta. Go at your own risk. YouTube video coming soon, after police give me permission, showing receipts and audio.

inspected before purchasing The smarter decision is to walk away, these are not honest people. I bought a car recently and by far the worst experience ever not professional and really bad at communication. I'm from California I buy cars from other states all the time but this time was the worst i bought a 2021 Cadillac Escalade usually the transaction are fast with in 1-2 days but they took 14 days to close and delivered to me they didn't want to give me the truck even though they received the check the next business day my credit union had sent it next day express by the 5th day waiting I was already frustrated and I told Josh my sales rep I wanted to cancel the whole transaction since I never signed any paperwork from them. He said I couldn't cancel and someone was going to call me and no one ever called. That's another thing they don't have e-sign they wanted me to print sign scan and resend again come on but what do you expect from that type of dealership. When I finally got the car it smell like an ashtray it was filthy inside and out. please don't buy anything from them it's not worth it go to a bigger name brand dealership

PLEASE READ IF YOU CHOOSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH GRAVITY. Do not purchase a car from this dealership!!!! They will mislead you every step of the way and they will not uphold promises. I purchased a used 2021 Mercedes C43 AMG from Gravity Autos Marietta on September 4th, 2024. I live in Pennsylvania and found the car on auto trader. I had the salesman send me photos and videos of the vehicle initially in which minor dings were evident as they are on any used vehicle. I asked about the condition of the tires, brakes, fluids, in which (Bryan) guaranteed me they were all in great condition. I then had an inspection service check the car out to validate this, however, they found (1) 2 large dent/scratches on the rear bumper (2) a wiring issue with the lighting, (3) A tear in the drivers seat, (4) The left rear and right rear tires were bald, and (5) the rear brake pads were bald. I planned on negotiated a lower price at this point but they wanted to stay with the original price and fix these issues instead. Once they learned of the inspection, they agreed to address and resolve all of these items via a (WE OWE) document which is signed by the buyer and sales manager. Once this was agreed they sent over the documents and we finalized the sale. They tried to send all of the documents over without the WE OWE included and it specifically calls out in the fine print of the Buyers order the following: "These documents are fully incorporated herein (where applicable): conditional/spot delivery agreement, we owe/delivery report, used vehicle limited warranty and retail installment sales contract. No oral representations have been made to the purchaser and all terms of the agreement are contained on the front and back of this agreement AND ANY DOCUEMNTS INCORPORATED HEREIN" I brought this up to my other salesperson (James Younis), because they kept switching around on me, and he said it was fine but that was not good enough for me. I had them include a signed copy of the we owe or the deal was off. They did. With that all taken care of I had the car shipped to me in PA and immediately it was clear that they had done none of the items listed in the we owe. I called my salesman James Younis who said that Amir (manager) would reach out. He never did. When I called back I asked for him and they offered to pay for the tear in the drivers door and basically told me to F off for the rest. He stated that they put used tires on it. The tires that they put on had not 1, not 2, but 3 plugs from punctures on them and tire went flat 2 days later. I had it inspected and fixed at my local shop and it was confirmed that nothing in the we owe was addressed. I then called them multiple times asking to speak to Amir and was redirected and hung up on. At this point I contacted a lawyer in Atlanta to make a case. This lawyer contacted them threatening a lawsuit if a settlement was not reached for the damages in which I incurred to fix all of these things. We reached a settlement and I was paid for the damages 3 months later. Attached is the sales order as proof of the sale because I know they try so say they cant find you in your database if you give a bad review. In summary, Do not trust them at all. Do not purchase a car at Gravity. Save yourself the headache and wait for a car at a different dealership. Every salesman, manager, and financier, is complicate in the shady practices which are illegal and punishable by suit. Do your due diligence.

BAD BUSINESS AT MARIETTA. Im from out of state in california, I inquired about a 2009 corvette Zr1 earlier this week. Ran my credit on Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning they got back to me saying car was sold after confirming the car was still on the lot on Tuesday. So basically ran my credit for no reason. Now I have 2 hard inquiries on my credit, I called to ask if they can write a letter to the credit Bureau in Oder to remove the inquiries (after I talked to the bureau and confirmed this was possible). Called the Marietta location again yesterday to talk to a GM about the situation and was being hung up on multiple times while trying to explain the situation, I was then told to "stop f***ing calling the dealership", and that "my credit sucks". after they told me I was already approved on Tuesday. Also was coming with a Trade in and over 40k cash in hand. Bad business

Honestly I had a good experience, Marlon treated me like family, Carl was very attentive and Darrell is amazingly wise. I truly appreciate the work they put in for me. I gave them a hard time, they still treated me professionally and made my experience of purchasing my 2018 BMW 530i one to remember.

Thur: Saw a van I was interested in and called to set up an appointment. Fri: Looked at the vehicle at the end of the day. I liked it, but pointed out some repairs that needed to be done (missing headrest, broken DVD player, Etc). I was willing to pay cash next week assuming they would be resolved. Owner said the car was new to them, so they needed to look into how much those repairs would cost, if it was more than $1000, they might return to auction instead of selling. They're closed on the weekend, so they'd get back to me ion Monday. Fair enough. Mon: No call, no email. I emailed asking for an update. Tues: No call, no email. I called asking for an update, they said they'd call right back. (They did not.) Wed: No call, no email. I called asking for an update and it turns out they sold the car on Tuesday to another party. WTF? Didn't even give me a chance? This place has no loyalty. Avoid.

The vehicle that I purchased from the company.

I explained to the dealer on the phone what I was looking for and that I was looking to buy today with a credit card. He said that was great and to please come in. Following the interaction with the car dealer I started getting text messages that were clearly generated by AI. These were annoying and kept persisting that I come in. When I responded saying I was coming in, the auto response was to ask for Shawn or Angel. I drove 1 hr to come out of my way to see the car. When I got there, I asked for Shawn or Angel and the dealer on the lot smiled and said they aren't here. Another person approached me with keys to the car and said he was not a dealer but would show me the car. The jeep had 4 tires with drastically different tread wear on the the 4 tires. I asked about it and they said this is the way it came to them. I asked to see the CarFax report and so they showed it to me. The report showed tires had been mounted in Marietta, GA and the previous dealer that owned it was in Florida. I told them what they were telling me didn't make sense about the tires. The previous dealership in Florida would not drive to Marietta, Ga to mount tires that were clearly used and worn differently. They went quiet... I haggled on price and offered a final asking price then handed them my credit card which the owner replied with we don't accept credit card payments. I told him the man I talked to on the phone had told me that it would be ok. The owners response was, that was not me. At that point I was done. They are not honest with their practices, they are utilizing staff that are not licensed dealers (illegal), they are doing repairs and maintenance on vehicles that is inappropriate and illegal (putting used tires on vehicles) and they are being dishonest with the forms of payment they are willing to accept then not standing by anything that is said or promised on the phone. Avoid this dealer at all cost.

I wwnt into the experience as prepared as possible, but from the outset there was double speak going on from the sales rep Reggie. When I initially asked if I can have a mechanic look at the vehicle I was interested in, he said yes, but they have to come TO the dealership. It wasn't until I called around asking if mechanics came to dealerships that I learned that no, they do not. I would have to bring the car to them. When I told this to Reggie, he then.game me paperwork to fill out to take the vehicle to be inspected. Why couldn't he just led with this in the first place? After inspection it was found that the back brakes were not functioning safely and the air conditioning needed repairing. I took it back with the price quoted me to fix it and said I would purchase the 2011 Ford Escape if they took off the cost quoted to me so I could take it for repair. They then informed me that they would send the vehicle to their location in Lawrenceville to have the repairs done. To make a long story short, Reggie didn't seem confident or very knowledgeable in response to many of the questions I had. On a positive note, he did call back to update me on the status of vehicle AFTER I called to say I hadn't heard anything back during the span of time given to me by the manager of the shop. Overall, Reggie can improve his customer service by being knowledgeable about the vehicle the customer is interested in and being prepared to answer. Towards the nearing of the vehicle being returned hours after he quoted me a time initially 30min. Which he said was told to him by his manager he was telling me the car was coming on a truck, then he looked up and saw the person driving it in.
